Resipi Molten Lava Cake Guna Air Fryer
Okay, another resipi-sharing: Molten Lava Cake. Sejak dah pandai buat sendiri ni, memang tak pernah beli dekat luar. Kalau ikut resipi yang Lin bagi ni, confirm tak cari lain. Senang je, pakai air fryer —perfect for those sudden chocolate cravings. (Kita pakai Russell Taylor 6.5L air fryer)
This recipe makes 2 perfect single-serving lava cakes. Feel free to double or triple the recipe if your air fryer is spacious enough to cook multiple ramekins with good air circulation
The Ingredient Checklist:100g good quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher recommended)80g unsalted butter2 large eggs (1 whole, 1 yolk)30g granulated sugar20g all-purpose flourA tiny pinch of salt½ teaspoon vanilla extract2 x 125ml ramekinsButter and cocoa powder (for greasing)
Let's Get Cooking:
Step 1: Get Your Ramekins Ready for Their Star Turn.Butter the inside of your 125ml ramekins generously. Go all the way up the sides.Dust the buttered ramekins with cocoa powder. This helps the cake release beautifully and adds a lovely chocolatey edge. Tap out any extra cocoa.Step 2: Melt the Chocolatey Goodness. In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water), melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Stir until smooth and dreamy.Alternatively, you can microwave them in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until melted. Be careful not to burn it.Let the melted chocolate mixture cool slightly while you move on to the next step. We don't want scrambled eggs.Step 3: Whisk in the Sweetness and Eggs.In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole egg, egg yolk, and sugar until the mixture looks a bit lighter and slightly thicker.Step 4: Combine.Pour the slightly cooled melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Add the vanilla extract and the pinch of salt.Gently fold everything together with a spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. We want a tender cake with a gooey heart.Sift in the flour and fold again very gently until just mixed. No need to beat it.Step 5: Fill 'Er Up!Divide the luscious batter evenly between your two prepared ramekins. They should be about two-thirds full.Step 6: Air Fryer Time.Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 5 minutes.Carefully place the filled ramekins into the preheated air fryer basket, making sure there's a little space around them for the air to circulate.Air fry for 8-12 minutes. Keep a close eye.At 8 minutes, the edges should look set, but the center should still be soft and jiggly when you gently nudge a ramekin. This is usually the sweet spot for that perfect molten lava.If the center seems too firm, continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, checking each time. Remember, we're aiming for gooey, not completely baked through.Step 7: Sedia dihidangkan.Carefully remove the hot ramekins from the air fryer. Let them rest for 2-3 minutes. This little rest helps the edges set a bit more, making for a cleaner release.Place a small plate upside down over a ramekin. Using oven mitts, quickly flip the ramekin and plate together. Give it a little tap on top, and the lava cake should slide right out.Dust with powdered sugar, add a scoop of your favorite ice cream, or some fresh berries for an extra touch of deliciousness.
Notes:Quality Chocolate Matters - Use good quality dark chocolate for the best flavour and that glorious melt. (Kita guna Beryls Chocolate)Don't Overbake - The key to a lava cake is the undercooked center. Kurangkan 1-2 minutes next time. Trust the jiggle.Gentle Mixing is Your Friend - Overmixing leads to a tougher cake. Buat perlahan-perlahan.Ramekin Love - Properly greasing and dusting your ramekins is essential for a clean release. Not enough lava - You probably baked it a little too long. Reduce the cooking time next time.Cake stuck to the ramekin - Make sure you're buttering and dusting generously. Outside too dark - Kurangkan suhu 5-10°C atau pendekkan masa membakar. There you have it. My super simple and incredibly satisfying air fryer lava cake recipe. Nanti dah cuba share gambar dengan kita, okay? Happy baking
