GoldenHawk4197: That’s why it’s called “Boleh” land. When we have been having incompetent and downright corrupt clowns helming this country for decades, where races are becoming more divided, it would be better to find another name for Malaysia which would fit the prevailing injustices!
Outlier: Not only can the rich pay the fine, but they are also incentivised with a discounted rate.
I guess the justice system doesn’t apply the concept of punitive and compensatory damages.
