Cops Wilful Protection Of Indira S Fugitive Ex Hubby Not Ruled Out As He Still Buys Subsidised Ron95

THERE is a big question mark on the integrity and competency of the Malaysian police force after a man listed under an Interpol Red Notice – wanted internationally for the abduction of his own daughter – appears to be living a perfectly normal life in Malaysia.
Muhammad Riduan Abdullah @ K. Patmanathan who has openly defied the Federal Court’s Mandamus order in 2018 which directed him to return the abducted child to her mother, M. Indira Gandhi, has been enjoying full access to Malaysian privileges and services.

Indira (holding a photo of Prasana Diksa who was abducted by Muhammad Riduan Abdullah since she was nine-month-old) has two other children Tevi Darsiny (left) and Karan Dinish (right) – both of whom have asked the courts to annul their unilateral conversion to Islam by their Muslim convert father (A 2016 image by Malay Mail)As per revelation by the Indira Gandhi Action Team (INGAT), transaction records have shown that the ex-husband of the kindergarten teacher has:
Withdrawn his Employees Provident Fund (KWSP) savings;Renewed his vehicle road tax and driving licence;Paid fines and summonses under his registered identity;Received government subsidies such as BUDI MADANI RON95 (Budi95) and the one-off RM100 Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) cash assistance*;Attended school functions and community events under his known alias – all within the Malaysian borders.* Checks by Malaysiakini based on Riduan’s IC found that he had fully utilised the one-off RM100 SARA cash aid and nearly 100 litres from the 300-litre Budi95 fuel subsidy quota (for month of October 2025).
“When a fugitive under Interpol Red Alert can withdraw his EPF, renew road tax and collect subsidies, the issue is not about where he is – it’s about who is protecting him,” fumed INGAT’s chairman Arun Dorasamy.
“PDRM has affirmed under oath that Riduan cannot be found yet the same man is actively enjoying government benefits, renewing his road tax and walking free.”
Added Arun who is also the legal & advocacy unit head of Hindu NGO Agamam Ani Malaysia:
“Either the police are incompetent beyond comprehension or they are wilfully defying the Federal Court order – both of which are criminally unacceptable.

Aside from Arun, Indira’s lawyer Rajesh Nagarajan has claimed that the police refused to arrest Riduan despite knowing his whereabouts.
He said former inspector-general of police (IGP) Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Badoe had publicly stated that he knew where Riduan was and had been trying to locate him since he went missing in 2009 with the couple’s youngest child, Prasana Diksa, who is now 17.
Meanwhile, INGAT will be holding a media conference at 11am today (Oct 28) to expose “shocking new evidence” that raises serious questions about PDRM’s conduct and integrity in the on-going hunt for fugitive Riduan.
“New evidence suggests police collusion or gross negligence,” asserted Arun.
“The session will present verified documentary evidence, including correspondence and judicial monitoring records, that points to systemic nonfeasance and possible breach of Federal Court mandamus order.
“SUHAKAM (Human Rights Commission) and PDRM have been officially invited to attend, either physically or via Zoom, alongside Indira Gandhi, the INGAT team and the legal counsel.” – Focus Malaysia
