Walau pun AEON CREDIT bukan institusi bank namum mereka masih membantu pelanggan mereka dengan memberi kelonggaran selama satu bulan. Mereka mempunyai hak tidak memberi bantuan ini tetapi atas dasar membantu mereka memberi kepada pelanggan mereka.

1. Q: Other banks are offering the deferment till 6 months. Why is Aeon Credit not doing the same?
A: In light of the current pandemic situation which is uncertain, from time to time, our Company is reviewing the necessity of providing alternative solutions for our customers. This is to provide a temporary relief to ease the burden of our customers in light of the Covid-19 situation. Aeon Credit is a Non-Bank Credit provider. This does not fall under the recent Bank Negaraannouncement to offer 6 months deferment of payment (Moratorium). The 1 month deferment is offered to ease the burden of our customers during this situation.
2. Q: Is my account eligible for this deferment of payment?
A: All active accounts are eligible for this deferment of payment except for accounts that are more than 90 days/ 3 months in overdue payment as of 1st April 2020. Accounts eligible for this program:
a) Objective Financing
b) Personal Financing
c) Motorcycle Financing
d) Auto Financing
3. Q: Do I need to apply for this deferment of payment?
A: No. It will be automatically enrolled for accounts that are active (not more than 3 months delinquent/past due as of 1st April 2020). Eligible accounts will be auto enrolled in this program.
4. Q: Will there be any additional fee imposed on the payment deferment?
A: No. There will not be any additional fees imposed on this program.
5. Q: What happens when the program ends after the deferment period?
A: You will need to make payment as usual. Your loan repayment will be deferred for 1 month from 1st April 2020 till 30th April 2020. You may continue to make the repayment according to your May 2020 due date.
6. Q: How much should I pay for the following month after the deferment period?
A: The amount will be the same as your usual monthly installment. You may self-check your account at https://www.aeoncredit.com.my/login.
7. Q: How do I make payment with this current situation?
A: You are encouraged to make payment via online at this period of time. We accept online transfers or Interbank GIRO for your convenience. For a full list of online payment options, you may refer to https://www.aeoncredit.com.my/how-to-pay/overview.
8. Q: I have an auto debit instruction signed up for my monthly payment. Do I need to cancel this
instruction?
A: No. Your auto debit instruction will stop during this period. You don’t need to cancel the instruction. We encourage our customers to continue with your existing auto debit instructions to ease your monthly repayment schedule. For new auto debit enrollment, you may visit our branches to sign up once the Movement Control Order period is uplifted.
9. Q: I want to stop this deferment program I have enrolled. How do I go about it?
A: Don’t worry. You can continue to make your payment as usual and your installment will be reflected for the current month billing. You may make your payment via online transfer, Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) or Interbank GIRO. 10. Q: I have not paid for March 2020, am I still eligible for this program?
A: Yes. You will still be entitled for 1 month deferment of this program (current month) as long as your account is not more than 90 days past due/3 months in overdue payment as of 1st April 2020. If your account is overdue, you may subscribe to our restructuring/refinancing package which will be made available for application via our www.aeoncredit.com.my website from 1st May 2020 onwards.
11. Q: Will my CCRIS records be affected during this program?
A: Don’t worry. This program will not affect your credit records in Credit Bureau Malaysia namely CCRIS, RAMCI and CTOS.
12. : Will there be any compounding interest charge to my deferred loan?
A: No. There will not be any compounding interest charge for loans/financing that is eligible for the deferment of payment.
13. Q: Is this program applicable to a new loan/financing that I have just taken?
A: No. This program is only applicable for outstanding loans active/signup before 1st April 2020.
