Why Drag Tun Razak S Name To Attack Me Najib Lambasts Kit Siang

(Focus Malaysia) – Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak criticised Iskandar Puteri MP Lim Kit Siang for dragging his late father’s name into the Scorpene purchase scandal and the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.
“This uncle is repulsive for bringing up my late father’s (Tun Abdul Razak Hussein) name just so he can attack me nearing Hari Raya.
“Lim is aware that both matters were investigated by the previous Pakatan Harapan Government and they found no evidence of my involvement.
“Just because he was not informed of the investigation results, Lim is asking for another probe. What an idiotic excuse,” he said, in a Facebook post.

Dia sendiri sedar bahawa kedua-dua isu kapal selam dan Altantuya telah disiasat ketika kerajaan PH memerintah.
Masa itu saya juga seru beberapa kali untuk kerajaan PH untuk siasat sepuas-puasnya supaya nama saya boleh dibersihkan dari propaganda lebih 10 tahun dibuat PH dan Kit Siang. (SEE MORE HERE).
Yesterday, the DAP stalwart took to his blog and urged Najib to state on whether it would bring dishonour to his father’s legacy if the Scorpene corruption case, Altantuya’s murder and the 1Malaysia Development Board (1MDB) scandal were not investigated thoroughly to clear his name.
However, Lim acknowledged that as he was not serving in the Government during Pakatan’s reign, he was not aware of any investigation results to the matters mentioned as he did not seek any clarification from then-prime minister, Attorney General, Inspector-General of Police or the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
Why not probe tycoon’s suicide?
Hurling brickbats at Lim, Najib urged the former to check the matter with his son, Lim Guan Eng who served as finance minister in the Pakatan administration.
“This issue is 10 years old and have been investigated many times. How many times you want it to be probed?
“In any case, why not call for an investigation over a tycoon’s suicide just before he was about to testify against your son in the court last year over the undersea tunnel project?” he queried.
In October last year, Ewein Bhd managing director Datuk Ewe Swee Kheng was found dead after falling from a condominium in Pulau Tikus, Penang.
He was due to testify on behalf of the prosecution over the corruption trial involving Guan Eng, who was facing four charges of soliciting bribes and abuse of power in relation to the construction of an undersea tunnel and paired roads worth RM6.3 bil.
In March this year, MACC revealed a recorded statement from the late tycoon in court, who had said that he was somewhat “worried” for his safety after making revelations that he had met Guan Eng over suitable land for him to develop.
