Sudan Where Black Lives Do Not Matter By Norman Fernandez
Here is something I received from Sdra Norman Fernandez. Its about the genocide and mass murder going on in Sudan - black Muslims killing black Muslim which the rest of the world, especially the hypocritical Islamic world, simply does not care about.
*THE WAR OF THE SHADES*
The UN Secretary-General, described the situation as a catastrophe of “staggering scale and brutality”.
The numbers are staggering. Over two thirds of the total population – are in need of assistance, from health to food and other forms of humanitarian support. The fighting has led to an economic collapse, sending the prices of food, fuel and other basic goods soaring, putting them beyond the reach of many households.
Acute hunger is a growing problem. Over half the population faces high levels of acute food insecurity, and famine conditions have been confirmed. This is a critical moment, as the consequences of food insecurity are already being felt in many parts where families are surviving on dangerously limited food supplies, and malnutrition rates are rising sharply.
Humanitarian efforts are severely hampered by the lack of security, which is putting severe constraints on humanitarian access, complicating the movement of supplies and endangering aid workers.
The health system is on its knees and has virtually collapsed, with health facilities attacked.
Huge numbers of people have been forced to flee their homes and million of people are classified as refugees, and are internally displaced.
The successive waves of displacement, making the task of reaching those in need increasingly complicated. The UN refugee agency, UNHCR, has described the situation as “the largest as well as the fastest growing displacement in the world.
Thousands of civilians have been reported killed since the beginning of the conflict, and the levels of violence are getting worse.
Civilians are being hit by artillery shelling, airstrikes and aerial drone attacks.
This is Sudan, where the lighter shade and the darker shade Muslims are at war. But whether it is the lighter shade or the darker shade, both sides are Muslims. Israel is not involved.
Sudan plunged into conflict in April 2023, when long-simmering tensions between its military and paramilitary leaders broke out in the capital, Khartoum, and spread to other regions, including the vast western Darfur region.
The statistics are damning, and these are statistics from UN agencies itself:
12.7m Forcibly displaced
8.6m Internally displaced
24.6m Acute hunger
637k Brink of famine
Death 20,000 (but estimated higher ).
But since, both the combatants and victims are blacks - (then) black lives do not matter. No emergency UN Security Council meeting, no proposal to resolve anything by OIC, no cases lodged at the ICC or ICJ, no issuance of arrest warrants. Zilch.
The world’s eyes are elsewhere. True - Black Lives Do Not Matter.

MY COMMENTS : The deaths are much higher.
New York Times Jan. 7, 2025 - A civil war in Sudan that has killed 150,000 people and forced more than 11 million others from their homes, by some estimates, prompted the U.S. government on Tuesday to declare that a genocide had been perpetrated by one of the war’s main antagonists, the ethnic Arab militia known as the Rapid Support Forces.
There are many different death tolls in Sudan. There was that 1st Civil War until the 1980s. Then the 2nd Civil War until 2005. Hundreds of thousands died.
In 2003 the Darfur Civil War broke out - black Muslims killing other "more black or less black" Muslims. *THE WAR OF THE SHADES*. Again over a hundred thousand were killed.
In 2011 Sudan broke into two ie the Christian majority South Sudan became independent.
Then in 2021 there was another coup. Another Civil War started - again Muslim versus Muslim. Black Muslims killing other "more black or less black" Muslims. *THE WAR OF THE SHADES* continues.
As Sdra Norman says : "No emergency UN Security Council meeting, no proposal to resolve anything by OIC, no cases lodged at the ICC or ICJ, no issuance of arrest warrants. Zilch".
Today is Friday. Turkey shooting day at the mosques in Pakistan. Muslims all over the world will talk about Gaza. But you can be assured no one will even know what is going on in Sudan. Darfur? Where or what is that? Nobody cares.
Its bad enough that they are black. Then they are Muslims. Then they are fighting. Who cares about black, Muslim people who like to fight? Or should the world care about black, Muslim people who like to fight?
Just let Django and Mandingo kill each other.
