Anak Jadi Motivasi Utama Untuk Jaga Kesihatan Datuk Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Kongsi 6 Tip Sentiasa Fit
Anak menjadi motivasi utama Datuk Dr Sheikh Muszaphar untuk menjaga kesihatannya. Angkasawan pertama negara ini berkongsi beberapa tip berkaitan kesihatan dan bagaimana untuk memastikan dirinya fit pada usia 46 tahun.
Beliau yang mengakui semakin bertambah usia, metabolisme badan juga semakin menurun. Bapa kepada empat cahaya mata ini berkongsi beberapa tip kesihatan iaitu;
Bagi yang memiliki pasangan yang berusia 45 tahun ke atas, jadikan kesihatan sebagai tumpuan utama. Jangan berikan alasan untuk tidak bersenam.
Peruntukkan 30 minit setiap hari untuk bersenam demi kesihatan diri.
Berenang selama 15 minit juga boleh dijadikan sebagai rutin senaman.
Bersenam selama 30 minit sehari di gimnasium ialah pilihan senaman yang lebih baik.
Tingkatkan metabolisme badan setiap hari.
Beliau tidak percaya kepada ‘diet’ tetapi mengamalkan pemakanan pada sukatan yang sederhana.
Lebihkan pengambilan sayur-sayuran dalam pemakanan seharian.
Beliau juga menggalakkan kepada para follower untuk memulakannya pada hari ini!

Pic – Looking good feeling good … As we grow older it’s just getting tougher to keep fit . Our metabolism starts to slow down . Our work kept us occupied . Our children wants to spend time with us . The food just gets tastier . And time is not on our side . For those who are above 45 or have husbands / friends at that age – buck up ! Our health comes first . Stop giving excuses . Go out there and workout . We must always have 30 minutes of our very own time to build up our fitness . Even 20 minutes on the threadmill a day is what the body needs . 15 minutes of swimming a day is fine too. 30 minutes of working out at the gym is even better . Increase your metabolism on a daily basis . I never believed in diet . Just try to eat a moderate portion with lots and lots of vegetables . The only reason that motivates me to look good is for my children . That’s what keeps me going … Start today Everyone … Just sharing … Motivation Of The Day … PS – Heading to Port Dickson for a 3 Day holiday with the family shortly . Not forgetting my jogging shoes …

Selain itu, Dr Sheikh Muszaphar juga turut berkongsi info bagaimana dia menghadapi jet lag iaitu dengan memastikan dirinya meminum air secukupnya dan bersenam bagi mengeluarkan peluh.

Pic – Working out now at the gym … The best way to fight jet lag is to hydrate yourself and work out a sweat . I don’t really get jet lag since I’m immune to space sickness – that’s what I was told by the European Space Agency . I love the spinning chair & the Centrifuge during my training days . But I do afraid of heights – Haha . Such ironic for a man who has gone to space ! I would go Bungee Jumping every 3 months just to overcome my fear of heights which I did . Bengaluru is such a short trip so it doesn’t really have any effect on me . In short don’t forget to exercise on a daily basis no matter how tired you are . Even if it’s just 30 minutes a day . Happy Workout Everyone … PS – Will try the Gulub Jamun after my run … It’s more sinful than the Kelantan Buah Tanjung or Jala Emas ! But should be worth it …
