Nancy said Malaysians were eligible for discounts of up to 40% and an e-voucher for every admission ticket purchased to theme parks or family entertainment centres from June 24 to Oct 2.
“Consumers are eligible to make up to three redemptions at three different theme parks or entertainment centres.”
Purchases must be made via www.tickets.matfa.org.my.
Nancy said that scuba diving enthusiasts are eligible for a RM400 discount for scuba diving packages priced at RM1,000 and above in a single transaction, under the “Jom Dive 2.0” campaign.
Purchases must be made through www.xtvt.com.my.
“Scuba enthusiasts can also enjoy a discount and rebate from over 50 dive operators from June 27 to Sept 26.”
And under the “Jom Cuti di Homestay” campaign, tourists are eligible for rebates of RM50 to RM300 for packages worth RM100 and above, she said.
“A total of 150 packages are offered via jomhomestay.my, involving some 67 homestay operators nationwide,” she said, adding that these packages were valid until Dec 31.
Those interested in such packages can visit www.malaysia.travel for more tourism.
Nancy said that vouchers and rebates previously offered since April 29 had involved the land transport cluster and accommodation cluster. “The initiatives will be expanded to include special interests.” - FMT
