Ok the following is taken from a comment sent into the earlier post. (Thank you).  Taking it at face value. I trust this really is a Press Statement by Sivarasa Rasiah of PKR.  I have truncated it. Comments in blue are mine.

THERE IS CREDIBLE EVIDENCE TO SHOW THAT THE MEMBERSHIP ROLL IN JULAU DIVISION, SARAWAK, IS MANIPULATED AND ILLEGAL.
PKR started in 1999, merger in 2003 with Parti Rakyat Malaysiastood in vanguard of struggle for democratic reform in Malaysiachampioned clean and fair electionstrue democracy, accountable equitable government 

(OSTB : Nope I disagree completely.  It is you boys - and DAP - who were and still are are against campaign funding laws. I was briefed by this by no less than the Commissioner of the MACC when I was on their Advisory Panel. So please dont be a hypocrite. Please draft and pass the campaign funding laws in Parliament. Use the Singapore model. That will reveal exactly how much you are committed to democratic reform. Also how come you have stopped talking about limiting the tenure of the PM to two terms? So fast on the back burner already?)

Proceeding with the election in Julau has serious implications for the party.

facts challenging membership roll in Julau compelling13,178 members suddenly added to roll on 27 June 2018 Phones of 6474 were called over 3 day period to verify 5018 did not respond to the call
shocking that 1310 (almost 90% !) said no knowledge of joining party 237 said they had never applied65 long-standing members were “joined” again without their knowledge
13,000 new names registered using 11 addresses again, reaffirms the manipulation
These facts have not been rebutted in any credible mannerindicate gross attempt to illegally register large numbers members without their knowledge
On polling day, those responsible for this will probably attempt to round up these “members”, incentivise them and transport them to the polling centre to vote.

I call upon our members in Sarawak to rise up tomorrow and to vote to reject those candidates and leaders who are behind such manipulation of the membership roll. We must stay true to our party’s struggle for justice and democracy and to our reform agenda.

(OSTB :  Rise up?? For what? Please grow up. They have placed 13,000 "names" on the roll. It does not mean 13,000 need to physically show up. Just issue the QR code for 13,000 people and key them in. Can use "remore control".  If you complain maybe the votes can disappear - like in Melaka.)
So brother Sivarasa, now you know. What are you going to do?You think  they care about what you say?You must still be living in lala-land.The honorable thing for you to do now is to resign from PKR.You have been used and manipulated as well.Thousands took comfort in PKR because of your presence.You have been used as well.It is better for you to resign.
