Siti Kasim Keenly Awaits Zamri Vinoth S Legal Suit So She Can Publicly Expose His Concealed Rape Case

HUMAN rights activist and lawyer Siti Kasim has welcomed a purported defamatory suit for slander by controversial Muslim convert preacher Zamri Vinoth for publicly accusing him as a rapist.
In a Facebook post yesterday (March 29), the Angkatan Skuad Mubaligh Malaysia president said he has instructed his legal team to proceed with legal action against Siti Kasim “and a few identified individuals for echoing a similar slander”.
“This fella who claims to be an ustaz wants to sue me because he said I fitnah (slander) him,” reacted the Orang Asli advocate on her FB page.
“I can’t wait for him sue me. Good time for me to prove whether the rape case against him really exists. Bring it on Mr Zamri Vinoth!!
“Just to add, this fella still hasn’t paid the RM100k awarded to me by the court because he fitnah me.”
For the record, the Kuala Lumpur High Fourt had on Aug 2 last year ordered preacher Zamri Vinoth to pay Siti Kasim and fellow activist Arun Dorasamy RM100,000 each in damages for having defamed them by calling them “anti-Islam”.
Nevertheless, in the main action brought by Zamri against Arun in 2020, judge Dr John Lee Kien How @ Mohammad Johan Lee found that Arun had defamed the preacher by linking him to a rape case. Lee then ordered Arun to pay Zamri RM100,000 in damages.
Specifically, Zamri Vinoth was referring to Siti Kasim’s YouTube video entitled “Mengapa Masih Tidak Ada Tindakan Terhadap Zamri Vinoth?” (Why Stull No Action Against Zamri Vinoth) which was uploaded on March 14 whereby she questioned why there was no police action against the former for raping a then young Chinese convert despite “an abundance of evidence”.
Additionally, Zamri Vinoth further claimed that Siti Kasim had repeated the allegation during the Lets Get It podcast #105 which was aired on TikTok whereby her action has “ruined his reputation and character”.
With support pouring in for her as gauged by the 1.3K likes, 266 comments and 62 shares on her FB post, Siti Kasim took a swipe at Zamri Vinoth for having blocked her after she posted a comment on his posting.
“After I’ve made comments on his posting, he blocked me! Why are you so scared to open up your comment section? (so she can explain to Zamri Vinoth that he is still obliged to pay up his RM100,ooo due which be held by the court pending his appeal).”
