Brutal Military Operations By the Indonesian Security Forces In Ndugama 
Region is Entering the Crisis Phase

RELEASE PERSS BY TPNPB-OPM PER MARCH 3st 2019

The West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNP-OPM) has received a direct reported from the Ndugama Region by the TPNPB Courier that a very brutal Military operation was being carried out by the Indonesian Military and Police in four districts, in the area of Ndugama land of Papua.

And in the TPNPB Courier reported, it was stated that the actions of Military Operations by the Indonesian Security Forces were accompanied by burning four houses of Ndugama's original civilians owner by the Indonesian Security Forces.

Furthermore, the TPNPB Courier reported that Weapon Contact had occurred again, as a result the Civilians were frightened and fled again to the Forest.

After the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) attacked a military post and Indonesian Police accompanied by Combustion of Skavator a few days ago, the Indonesian Military and Police were outraged and then the Indonesian Military and Police were carrying out an act of revenge.

In the act of revenge by the Indonesian Military and Police have been and are being carried out in the settlement of indigenous people in the Ndugama area, by carrying out brutal Military Operations in the four regional districts of the Government of Nduga Regency territory, Papua.

The TPNPB courier reported also stated that on March 1th, 2019, during the Military Operations carried out by the Indonesian military and police, they had burned two houses belonging to residents of the local community in Yal District.

The Indonesian military and police have included the area in two directions, from Wamena to Yal District and from Mapenduma to Mount Albu. And then the Indonesian Military and Police took control or took over the Yal and Nitkuri Districts.
As a result of Indonesian military operations, civilians from Darakma District, Yal District, Mam District and Nitkuri District, have fled again to the forest from March 1th, 2019.

the Childrens, womens and mens fled to the forest to avoid brutal actions in Indonesian military operations and indigenous Papuans displaced in the forest.

"And the Indonesian Military and Police have set fire to two honai or Traditional Houses belonging to the Eklesia Church in Mugi District.

Indonesian Military and Police Forces from the Direction of Mapnduma District on March 1th, 2019 have mastered or taken over the area on Mount Albu and three helicopters have dropped Indonesian Military and Police forces, "reported on this report. He said again that the four Districts had been controlled by Military forces and Indonesian police.

And on March 2st, 2019 there was armed contact between the TPNPB Military and the Indonesian Military and Police Forces at the end of the field in Darakma District, near the tomb of the late TPNPB-OPM Leader Mr. Gen. Elmin Silas Kogeya.

In a brutal manner, the Indonesian Military and Police have taken control or taken over in the four districts mentioned above.

This operation was a military operation which was very brutal with full force, and mobilized a large number of Indonesian military and police forces.

This was dismissed directly by the Defense Region Command III of TPNPB Military Commander Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya in a short message (SMS) which had been sent to the Headquarters of the West Papua National Liberation Army in National Command Center (KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM) by TPNPB Courier.

As a result of this brutal Military Operation by the Indonesian Military and Police, there was armed contact with TPNPB.

In the weapons contact the TPNPB had no casualties, but the Indonesian Military and Police had Burned Four Honai, and two civilian homes on  March 1th 2019.

Urgent Message by TPNPB Headquarters:

Seeing this unfriendly situation and brutal military operations, we from the West Papua national Liberation Army (TPNPB Military) gave firmness to the Indonesian Colonial Government that the President of Indonesia immediately took steps to stop the Military Operations and then took dignified positive steps to accept the TPNPB and OPM Military Negotiations.

This must and must be done by the President of the Republic of Indonesia in order to avoid innocent Civil Society Victims.

Why? Because the displacement of civil society in the area of the four districts is increasing, and this will also give a deep hatred to the people of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia by indigenous Papuans in the war Conflict are, in Ndugama Papua.

And the West Papua National Liberation Army also called on the International Community that the UN Organization Agency in contact with the Refugee Commission urged the Human Rights Commission and the International Red Cross Commission to and must be obliged to the War Conflict Area to help indigenous Papuan civil society.

Why? Because the Indonesian military and police will discriminate against indigenous Papuans, and the Indonesian military and police will evacuate only for non-Papuans.

This is our experience of indigenous Papuans as long as the country and the indigenous people of Papua are integrated by force into Indonesian territory.

Operasi Militer Oleh Aparat Keamanan Indonesia Yang Brutal Di Wilayah Ndugama Memasuki Tahap Krisis

SIARAN PERSS TPNPB-OPM PER 3 MARET 2019

Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNP-OPM) telah terima laporan langsung dari Wilayah Ndugama oleh Kurir TPNPB bahwa operasi Militer yang sangat brutal sedang dilakukan oleh Militer dan Polisi Indonesia di empat distrik, di wilayah tanah adata Ndugama, Papua.

Dan dalam laporan Kurir TPNPB menyebutkan bahwa tindakan  Operasi Militer  oleh aparat Keamanan Indonesia ini disertai dengan membakar empat rumah warga masyarakat civil asli Ndugama oleh Aparat Keamanan Indonesia.

Selanjutnya Kurir TPNPB melaporkan bahwa Kontak Senjata telah terjadi lagi, akibatnya warga Civil ketakutan dan  mengungsi lagi ke Hutan.

Setelah Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua barat (TPNPB) menyerang pos militer dan Polisi Indonesia disertai  Pembakaran Skavator  beberapa hari lalu, Militer dan Polisi Indonesia naik pitam dan kemudian Militer dan Polisi Indonesia sedang melakukan aksi balas dendam.
Dalam aksi balas dendam oleh Militer dan Polisi Indonesia telah dan sedang dilakukan di pemukiman warga penduduk asli di Wilayah Ndugama, dengan cara melakukan Operasi Militer yang brutal di empat distrik daerah otoritas Pemrintah Kabupaten Nduga, Papua.

Dalam laporan kurir TPNPB juga menyebutkan bahwa Pada tanggal 1 Maret 2019, selama Operasi Militer yang telah dilakukan oleh militer dan Polisi Indonesia, mereka telah membakar dua rumah milik warga masyarakat setempat di Distrik Yal.
Militer dan Polisi Indonesia telah memasukan wilayah itu dari dua arah, yaitu dari Wamena ke Distrik Yal dan Dari Mapenduma ke Gunung Albu.

Dan kemudian Militer dan Polisi Indonesia  menguasai atau mengambil alih Distrik Yal dan Nitkuri.
Akibat dari Operasi militer Indonesia, warga sipil dari Distrik Darakma, Distrik Yal, Distrik Mam dan Distrik Nitkuri, telah mengungsi lagi ke hutan dari sejak tanggal 1 Maret 2019.
Anak-anak, wanita dan pria melarikan diri ke hutan guna menghindari aksi brutal dalam operasi militer Indonesia ini dan masyarakat asli Papua terlantar di hutan.

“Dan juga Militer dan Polisi Indonesia telah membakar dua honai  atau Rumah Adat Milik Gereja Eklesia di Distrik Mugi. Pasukan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia dari Arah Distrik Mapnduma pada tanggl 1 Maret  2019 telah kuasai atau ambil alih daerah di Gunung Albu dan hellikopter tiga kali drop pasukan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia”, dilansir dalam laporan ini.

Dikatakannya lagi bahwa empat Distrik telah dikuasai oleh pasukan Militer dan polisi Indonesia.
Dan pada tanggal 2 Maret 2019 telah terjadi kontak senjata antara Militer TPNPB dengan Pasukan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia di ujung lapangan di Distrik Darakma, dekat makam Almarhum seorang Pimpinan TPNPB-OPM periode tahun 1996 yaitu Tuan Gen. Elmin Silas Kogeya.
Dengan cara brutal, Militer dan Polisi Indonesia telah  menguasai atau mengambil alih di Wilayah empat distrik yang telah disebutkan di atas.

Operasi kali ini adalah Operasi Militer yang sangat brutal dengan Penuh kekuatan, dan menggerakan Pasukan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia dalam jumlah Besar.

Hal ini dismpaikan langsung oleh Panglima Kodap III TPNPB Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya dalam Pesan singkat (SMS) yang telah dikirim ke Markas Pusat Komando Nasional Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM) oleh Kurir TPNPB.

Akibat dari Operasi Militer yang brutal oleh Militer dan Polisi Indonesia ini, maka telah terjadi kontak senjata dengan TPNPB.

Dalam kontak senjata itu pihak TPNPB tidak ada korban, namun Militer dan Polisi Indonesia telah Bakar Empat Honai, dan dua rumah warga sipil pada tanggal 1 Maret 2019 yang lalu.

Pesan Mendesak oleh Markas Pusat TPNPB:

Melihat situasi yang tidak bersahabat dan Operasi militer yang brutal ini, maka kami dari Militer TPNPB memberikan ketegasan kepada Pemerintah Kolonial Indonesia bahwa Presiden Indonesia segera mengambil langkah untuk menghentikan Operasi Militer dan kemudian mengambil langkah positif yang bermartabat untuk menerima Tawaran Perundingan oleh Militer TPNPB dan OPM.
Hal ini harus dan wajib dilakukan oleh Presiden republic Indonesia guna menghindari Korban Masyarakat sipil yang tidak berdosa.

Mengapa? Karena pengungsian masyarakat sipil di Wilayah empat Distrik semakin banyak, dan hal ini juga akan memberikan kebencian yang mendalam kepada Orang Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia oleh warga masyarakat orang Asli Papua di Wiayah Konflik Perang, di Ndugama Papua.
Dan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat juga minta kepada Masyarakat Internasional bahwa desak Badan Organisasi PBB yang berhubungan dengan Komisi Pengungsi, Komisi HAM dan Komisi Palang Merah Internasional harus dan wajib ke Wilayah Konflik Perang guna membantu masyarakat sipil asli Papua.

Mengapa? Karena Militer dan Polisi Indonesia akan berlaku diskriminasi terhadap Orang asli Papua, yaitu militer dan Polisi Indonesia akan melakukan evakuasi hanya bagi orang Non Papua.
Hal ini adalah pengalaman kami orang Asli Papua selama Negeri dan Orang Asli Papua diintegrasikan dengan cara Paksa ke Wilayah teritori Indonesia.
