Pkr Halals 13 000 Phantom Members In Julau Latheefa Becomes Curry Leaf After 20 Years

Sometimes it is how  you present the facts that makes the right impact. PKR Supreme Council Member Latheefa Koya is understandably and correctly upset that the controversial and highly disputed Julau membership roll has been approved by PKR. 
She says that :  "30 other PKR divisions in Sarawak have only 9,691 members in total, whereas the single Julau division suddenly has 13,178 members."
That is presenting the facts in a proper perspective. The single Julau division has more party members than the entire 30 other divisions in Sarawak !! Julau must be highly politically motivated.

PKR's approval of the Julau membership list is an attempt to whitewash serious complaints of fraud & irregularities
I refer to the statement issued by Fahmi Fadzil on behalf of PKR's Political Bureau yesterday which purported to approve the increase of membership from 66 to 13,178 in the Julau PKR division. 
This statement is nothing less than an attempt by PKR's highest decision-making body to whitewash the controversial Julau membership issue.
We know that some political bureau members had raised serious concerns over this matter, but the approval was bulldozed through nevertheless. 
If the increase in membership is legitimate as claimed by the PKR political bureau, then why have so many people come forward with complaints that their names have been added to the Julau membership roll without their consent? 
This dubious list includes YB Rolland Duat of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) and members of Parti Tenaga Rakyat Sarawak (Teras) 
who have all denied ever joining PKR. 
Further, a phone survey revealed at least 1,310 victims whose names were registered without consent, whereas other names were not even contactable. 
It is significant that the PKR statement yesterday did not even address the crucial issue of these blatant identity thefts which have been public knowledge for several months. 
The political bureau statement also ignores the evidence of the systematic fraud detailed in the statutory declaration dated 17 October 2018 made by Sarawak PKR info chief Vernon Kedit. 
It is fundamental that in the face of such serious complaints, PKR must carry out a thorough investigation. 
Yet, the political bureau decided to legitimise the Julau membership roll without bothering to carry out any investigation into these serious complaints. 
Irrespective of whether or not the objections were made to the list during the objections period, PKR cannot use this as an excuse to do nothing in the face of mounting evidence of fraud. 
It is thus outrageous for the party's Sec-Gen to keep repeating that there were no objections made, and that therefore the list is legitimate. 
Failure to object, even if true, cannot legitimise a fraudulent list. 
To the bafflement of the public, the PKR political bureau act and issue statements as if these complaints do not exist. 
This denial syndrome smacks of the usual behaviour of Umno/BN. More disturbingly, there exist two versions of the circular No. 4/2018 dated 27 June 2018 signed and issued by the party Secretary General which tabulates the final number of members approved. In the first version, Julau shows a membership of 66 only. In the second version, Julau is shown to have 13,178 members. 
What is the explanation for these two versions and what is real number of members in Julau division? 
The PKR Secretary General's response yesterday that the first circular is a 'mistake' strains credulity, in view of the surrounding circumstances including the complaints by people that they had been registered without their consent. 
It is also astonishing that the PKR political bureau saw nothing unusual or alarming in the fact that the 30 other PKR divisions in Sarawak have only 9,691 members in total, whereas the single Julau division suddenly has 13,178 members. This should have rung alarm bells in the mind of any reasonable person. 
In short, the political bureau's approval of the Julau membership spike is tantamount to the legitimisation of fraud. 
As PKR is now a party of government, this matter is not just a question of internal party affairs or management. It is a question of public interest. 
Some of those who are responsible for approving the Julau increase despite these complaints, hold high government posts. 
The PKR political bureau's hasty approval of the Julau case disgraces 20 years of the reform struggle in Malaysia. It is indefensible and unacceptable. 
The way PKR's election has been conducted is even worse than the way the BN-era EC used to conduct elections. 
It will be a shameful mockery of the election process if the voting proceeds in Julau on Saturday; hence the PKR political bureau must come to their senses and suspend voting in the division immediately.

My comments :  Well Latheefa,  you have been deluded for the past 20 years. Now you realise that you have become an Indian curry leaf.  Once they are done deep frying you, you get thrown away. That is what is happening to you now. 
These people are all users. Do you seriously think they care about your Press Statements? I dont think so. 
They will bulldoze this through. Their own interests come first. 
Unlike you I have been aware of the Brader since 1982 - when I first met him. Snake oil salesman par excellence. Then snake charmer extraordinaire -  snaked his way into many charms. 
You have been a useful curry leaf for 20 years. So was Tian Chua, Azmin, Zuraida, Zul (Kulim), Abdul Rahman and hundreds if not thousands of other 'street fighters' who were so easily conned by the Brader. Not me though.
So now you are finding out what they are really made up of. 
I heard about Julau weeks ago.  That Chinese Datuk has promised to "deliver" 14,000 votes but NOT for Azmin.
