Presiden AS Donald Trump Ancam Hancurkan Turki
Selasa, 15 Januari 2019 04:54 WIB
Baca: Erdogan mengecam keras pernyataan AS agar Turki menjamin keamanan pejuang Kurdi

Berapa banyak pasukan AS di Suriah?
Sekitar 2.000 personel militer AS dilaporkan ditempatkan di Suriah utara.

The real reason Singapore’s Transport Minister flipped Azmin Ali the bird
January 15, 2019 5:44 am Raggie Jessy
Last Saturday, Dato’ Seri Azmin Ali told reporters that the 14thJoint Ministerial Committee for Inskandar Malaysia (JMCIM) meeting, scheduled for yesterday, was postponed because issues that were to be discussed had already been touched on.
While that may be true, what Azmin told reporters was a truth of omission, which, in essence, is a complete lie.
Basically, the postponement had nothing to do with issues already discussed but Singapore’s dissatisfaction over delays to the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) link project.
The republic’s Transport Minister, Khaw Boon Wan, is well aware of Mahathir’s and Azmin’s attempt to get all the usual suspects – the likes of Vincent Tan, Syed Mokhtar and gang – involved with the project and will continue to stall it until he agrees to all their terms.
THE THIRD FORCE
Last Saturday, Dato’ Seri Azmin Ali told reporters that the 14thJoint Ministerial Committee for Inskandar Malaysia (JMCIM) meeting, scheduled for yesterday, was postponed because issues that were to be discussed had already been touched on. According to him, the issues were hashed out at a bilateral session between Malaysian Foreign Affairs Minister Dato’ Saifuddin Abdullah and his Singaporean counterpart, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. Balakrishan, who met Azmin the next day, more or less corroborated the claim by admitting that he and Azmin discussed matters pivotal to relations between our two nations. While that may be true, what Azmin told reporters on Saturday was a truth of commission, which essentially, is a complete lie.
That is to say, Azmin deliberately omitted a crucial part to the story that would have put an entirely different complexion to the whole affair. Basically, the postponement of the JMCIM meeting had nothing to do with issues already discussed but Singapore’s dissatisfaction over delays to the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) link project. Yesterday, the republic’s Transport Minister, Khaw Boon Wan, told Channel News Asia that the project was “not progressing well” owing to the Government of Malaysia’s (GOM) failure in keeping its end of the bargain. According to him, the GoM missed several milestones and repeatedly delayed the confirmation of its joint venture partner.
Khaw has indirectly called Malaysia’s bluff over delays to the RTS link project“Over the past few months, Malaysia has indicated that they are considering replacing their JV (joint venture) partner, but has delayed confirming their JV partner – first until September 2018, then until December 2018 and most recently on Dec 28, 2018, Malaysia requested to be given until Feb 28, 2019 to confirm their JV partner.
“As a result of these delays, the joint venture company has not even been incorporated to-date, let alone signed the CA.
“Meanwhile, Malaysia has also unilaterally suspended bilateral discussions to appoint the OpCo since August 2018, pending its confirmation of the Malaysian JV partner,” said Mr Khaw.
The project was spawn off an idea first mooted by former Singaporean Communications Minister Mah Bow Tan. In 1991, Mah, on behalf of Singapore’s Ministry of Transport, offered to design the Woodlands Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) line in ways that would accommodate an extension linking the southern republic to Johor Bahru. The idea was endorsed and agreed upon by Malaysia and Singapore but never quite made it to the drawing board. Then, on the 16thof January 2018, former Malaysian premier Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Razak joined his Singaporean counterpart, Lee Hsien Loong, in witnessing the signing of a bilateral agreement that brought the RTS link a step closer to fruition.
The agreement was signed by Khaw together with Malaysia’s then Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Dato’ Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan.
In a joint press release, Malaysia’s Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) and Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) announced that the link, when completed, could ferry up to 10,000 passengers hourly in each direction, translating to an additional capacity of 60,000 users criss-crossing the causeway at peak hours on a daily basis.
“Passengers travelling in either direction will clear both Malaysia and Singapore authorities at the point of departure, and need not go through immigration clearance again at the point of arrival,” the statement read.
An entry by Channel News Asiadated the 16thof January 2018 read:
Each country will appoint an Infrastructure Company (InfraCo) to fund, build, own, maintain and renew the civil infrastructure and stations within their territories. In Malaysia, the InfraCo will be Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, while LTA will be Singapore’s InfraCo.
Both governments will also jointly appoint an operating company (OpCo) to own, design, build, finance, operate, maintain and renew the RTS Link’s operating assets such as trains, tracks and systems.
The OpCo will pay a concession fee to the two countries in exchange for the right to collect fare revenue from operating the Link. The authorities said fares will be set on a commercial basis by the OpCo and not regulated by the two governments.
Under the terms of the agreement, the OpCo for the first concession period of 30 years, will be a joint venture between a Malaysian and a Singaporean company.
These companies are Prasarana from Malaysia and SMRT Corporation in Singapore.
“The companies have committed to incorporate the JV (Joint Venture) by 30 June 2018, and to sign the concession agreement by 30 September 2018. Subsequent concessions will be awarded through open tender,” the statement said.
But none of these commitments have been honoured.
Ever since the DAP led Pakatan Harapan wrested control of the Federal Government from Barisan Nasional, Tun Dr Mahathir has been busy holding foreign governments at ransom either by derailing existing transportation related projects or cancelling them altogether. On the 14th of March 2018, I wrote:
On the 1st of January 2001, Syarikat Pengeluaran Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (SPLASH) became the second concessionaire to enter the Selangor water scene by bagging a 30-year contract to maintain the Sungai Selangor Dam. The company was 40 percent Gamuda Berhad owned while the remaining 60 percent of its shares were split between Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad (KPSB) and Tan Sri Wan Azmi Wan Hamzah. Wan Azmi was (and still is) a well known associate of Daim Zainuddin and is someone who shares a rapport of sorts with both Anwar and his wife.
Now, what does this tell you?
Well, it tells you that SPLASH is controlled by a Tan Sri who is as much a Mahathirist as he is an Anwarist. Then, you have the guys at KPSB who are controlled one way or the other by Dato’ Seri Azmin Ali via Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated), the state’s asset management company. Factor all this together, and you have sufficient grounds to reason that SPLASH is 60 percent Pakatan Harapan ‘controlled’ and not a ‘Barisan Nasional entity’ as Hannah Yeoh would have you believe.
Then, on the 10thof July 2018, I added:
There are 101 reasons why Mahathir and Dato’ Seri Azmin Ali would want the HSR project to be scrapped.
The duo are attempting to break every possible link there may be between Anwar, Wan Azmi and Gamuda’s largest shareholder, Raja Dato’ Seri Eleena Raja Azlan Shah.
Raja Eleena is the daughter of Raja Azlan Shah and happens also to be listed in Forbes’ 40 Richest Malaysians as among the country’s richest women.
Both Mahathir and Azmin are concerned that Anwar may share a rapport of sorts with Raja Eleena though the Sultan of Perak, Raja Nazrin Shah.
To prevent Anwar’s men from gaining control of SPLASH, Mahathir decided to scrap the HSR project to plunge Gamuda’s shares into a tailspin.
He then got his cronies to snap some of those shares up and is now a major player in the Selangor water scene.
One of these cronies happens to be Tan Sr Vincent Tan, who happens also to be the guy who snapped up 22.2 million shares belonging to Syarikat T7 Global (T7), an oil and gas service provider that entered a bid for the East Coast Railway-Link (ECRL) project. On the 5th of January 2018, I wrote:
Not long after (Vincent purchased T7’s shares), the GoM threw a bolt from the blue by announcing that the project, called off previously for being too pricey, was back on track at an added value of RM15 billion. Vincent then agreed to foot the difference by procuring soft loans from banks belonging to Daim. But China rubbished the whole thing as it made no sense whatsoever to renegotiate terms when the original deals were working fine.
So, to make the project appear more viable, Daim undertook to ‘rationalise’ the whole affair by quietly bundling parts of the construction into a new contract. The contract, yet in the pipeline, is set to be handed over to Vincent Tan through subsidiaries belonging to the Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar al-Bukhary owned AlBukhary Corporation Sdn Bhd. The rationalisation is supposed to bring the cost of the original project down by about RM25 billion with a small portion of the difference meant to compensate contractors for delays. However, the compounded cost of the two projects – the ‘scaled-down’ version and the one in the pipeline – is anticipated to be worth RM80 billion, 20 billion upstream of the initial RM55 billion cost.
See the scam?
If you do, then, you should also be able to see the real reason the GoM has been pussyfooting around with Singapore on the RTS link project. Khaw, who previously got pissed with the GoM for infringing international law by “building into its Malsysian waters, is well aware of Mahathir’s attempt to squeeze the southern republic to the brink of desperation. Basically, he knows that both Mahathir and Azmin want all the usual suspects – the likes of Vincent Tan, Syed Mokhtar and gang – involved with the RTS link and will continue to stall the project until he agrees to all their terms.
That, in essence, is why Khaw refused to proceed with the JMCIM meeting…The real reason Singapore’s Transport Minister flipped Azmin Ali the bird – The Third Force

Salib: Jangan Bela Satu Pihak. Ajar Sikit Sekutu DAP..
- HARAKAHDAILY 14/1/2019

Zuraidah kasi warning kat Anwar Ibrahim...
- f/bk

Ketua cartel naik tocang...
Malaysian police hunting Jho Low meet Chinese officials to help track him down...
Malaysian police have met Chinese authorities as they intensify their efforts in the hunt for fugitive financier Low Taek Jho, according to state media.
Low, better known as Jho Low, has been cast by US prosecutors as a central figure in Malaysia’s 1MDB scandal, in which US$4.5 billion were allegedly embezzled from the state investment company. He has repeatedly maintained his innocence and faces charges including money laundering in Malaysia. He was charged in absentia as his whereabouts are not known. He is widely speculated to be in China.
Inspector-General Mohamad Fuzi Harun from the Royal Malaysian Police said the efforts to track down Low were ongoing.
“The police are also communicating with Interpol and the status is the same,” he told Bernama news agency on the weekend. Fuzi did not respond to requests for further comment.
Low has previously said he did consulting work for 1MDB – as the 1Malaysia Development Berhad fund is known – but is portrayed by some global investigators as the mastermind behind some of the schemes involving missing funds. He has been described as the “best witness” to provide information on alleged crimes at 1MDB.
Last week, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said the government would continue its effort to locate the businessman. Mahathir’s remarks followed reports Chinese authorities offered to help derail investigations into 1MDB in exchange for the approval of infrastructure projects under its multibillion-dollar “Belt and Road Initiative”, which involves the construction of roads, ports, railways and pipelines in more than 50 countries.
The Wall Street Journal – citing former premier Najib Razak’s administration’s summary of the minutes from private, undisclosed meetings between senior officials – claimed Beijing promised to influence the US and other countries into dropping 1MDB-related probes, and also offered to spy on reporters investigating rumours of mismanagement and money-laundering within the fund. This included wiretapping the Hong Kong offices of The Wall Street Journal.
However, the Mahathir administration has denied having any documents, saying that “at the moment, it is just a story in the press”.
Jho Low has denied the report, which also claimed he was involved in facilitating the China-Malaysia talks. The Chinese Embassy in Malaysia described the claims as “groundless”.
Malaysian media reported Low had, via a statement from his spokesperson, called the Journal piece “a selection of half-truths, mixed in with fiction, to create a misleading and oversimplified narrative that has been peddled by a morally bankrupt Mahathir regime to advance its failing political cause”.
Low is wanted by several countries for his role in the 1MDB scandal. Although a large portion of the missing funds are alleged to have ended up in Najib’s bank account, Low also used state money to throw extravagant Hollywood parties, purchase art and jewellery, and buy the US$250 million superyacht Equanimity, which has been seized by Malaysian authorities to be auctioned.
Last May, Mahathir’s Pakatan Harapan managed to unseat Najib’s Barisan Nasional after its 61-year reign. The furore surrounding the 1MDB was a key factor in Barisan Nasional’s loss.
Low was an informal adviser to the 1MDB fund due to his connections in the Middle East and with the Saudi government. Najib said last year Low had “represented the Middle East partners and their dealings and partnership with 1MDB” in overseas energy sector deals.
Najib faces more than 30 charges related to money-laundering and abuse of power, but has also denied all wrongdoing. He has urged the authorities to not “stop at Jho Low” but also identify other key players in the scandal.
“There are other international figures who are probably involved … we want to know where the money flowed to and who really benefited from the whole issue,” he said in October.
Mahathir has previously speculated Low may be in China, theorising the country may use him as a “bargaining chip”. Former finance minister and Mahathir loyalist Daim Zainuddin revealed Low has been in regular contact in an attempt to strike a deal.
However, Daim has refused to engage with Low unless the businessman returns to Malaysia and implicates others involved in the scandal.
Malaysia has filed criminal charges against a host of names said to be involved in 1MDB, including Najib’s wife Rosmah Mansor, Goldman Sachs and former treasury secretary general Irwan Serigar. scmp

Kaduk naik junjung. Bagi bunga pada beruk. Jiwa kerdil, nafsu besar. Ilmu sekangkang ayam pondan, kokok seluruh kampung tapi ekor bergelumang tahi. Bodoh sombong. Angkuhnya melambung tinggi.
Pegang michrophone duduk atas kerusi kemudian naik duk atas meja pingpong.
Ini kira termasuk dalam salah guna tahu. Meja pingpong orang buat main pingpong bukan guna cara begini.- MSO
Johor MB stopped by Sultan's aide-de-camp...
A video clip, showing Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Osman Sapian muka tak malu being stopped from getting into the Proton Saga car, has gone viral on social media.
The car was being driven by Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar to send Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad back to the airport.
In the 31-second clip, it showed that both Sultan Ibrahim and Dr Mahathir sat in the driver and front passenger seat respectively, while Osman was seen at the back and had opened the left passenger door, trying to enter.
However, he was stopped by a man, wearing a military uniform, believed to be Sultan Ibrahim’s military aide de camp. Osman was then seen uttering a few words to the two leaders.
The incident happened after Dr Mahathir held an audience with Sultan Ibrahim at Istana Bukit Serene here on Thursday. The meeting lasted an one and a half hours.
Sultan Ibrahim then personally drove Dr Mahathir back to the Senai International Airport in a first-generation Proton Saga, which the premier had gifted to the Ruler’s father, way back in 1985.
The video, which was uploaded by Ops Johor on its Facebook page, garnered 599 comments, 935 shares and 185,000 views on social media as of noon yesterday. - f/bkWe paid 60 Orang Asli RM20 each, will BN reveal how much it spent too?
DAP’s Lim Kit Siang has come clean over the travel reimbursement given to 60 Orang Asli motorcyclists for Cameron Highlands Nomination Day yesterday, saying they were paid RM20 per head.
The Iskandar Puteri MP has since challenged Barisan Nasional (BN) to also reveal its expenditure for mobilising its supporters, and also other spending during the by-election.
“We are not afraid of the truth as no vote-buying was involved,” Lim said in a statement.
“Is Barisan Nasional prepared to give a full public accounting of how many people it mobilised for the Nomination yesterday, and the total expenditure involved as well as to answer all queries on financial expenditures during the by-election?” he asked.
Lim said the woman in red t-shirt seen in the photos which have since been circulated on social media was a woman named Vanessa, a volunteer from DAP’s Impian Malaysia programme doing voluntary social work nationwide.
Pictures of a woman in a PH shirt giving cash to other people wearing the same shirt have emerged on social media, sparking claims from Barisan Nasional leaders that the ruling coalition was engaged in bribery in the election.
“She was placed in charge of the Orang Asli motorcyclists who came out from their various Orang Asli kampongs for the Nomination in Tanah Rata yesterday,” said Lim.
“There were 60 motorcyclists and she reimbursed them RM20 each per motorcyclist,” he added, saying there were also five more cars and four buses of Orang Asli that were not under her responsibility.
Lim also called on Cameron Highlands voters to report any vote-buying and corrupt electoral practices, and all candidates to make an instant full disclosure of the electoral expenditures when questioned, to make the by-election the cleanest election in history.
Ini Rasuah...
He said the volunteers had come to Tanah Rata on nomination day on bike from their homes in the interiors of the Pahang constituency.
Election watchdogs have previously said in their report on the 13th general election that bribery included cash, and travel allowances or reimbursements.
The woman in a Pakatan Harapan (PH) shirt shown giving out cash to people was simply “reimbursing” PH volunteers for petrol costs in the Cameron Highlands by-election, the PH campaign said today.
Arvind Bharet, assistant head of the Jelai Pakatan Harapan (PH) operation centre, has since said its campaign was simply “reimbursing” PH volunteers for petrol costs, and the spending was declared as part of election expense.
Arvind Bharet, said the volunteers had come to Tanah Rata on nomination day on bike from their homes in the interiors of the Pahang constituency.
“This reimbursement was declared as part of election expenses,” Arvind said in a statement.
“Everything was done according to the law. As a PH component party, DAP believes in clean and fair elections and we will continue to hold this principle in our campaign.”

Jimmy Hart Beza Malaysia dengan India.
Menurut Wikipedia:
“Malaysian Indians make up a disproportionately large percentage of professionals per capita - constituting 15.5% of Malaysia's professionals in 1999. As of a census taken in 1984, up to 38% of the nation's medical professional workforce consists of Malaysian Indians. In 1970, the per capita income of Malaysian Indians was 76% higher than that of the Malay majority.”
4. Golongan minoriti Hindu sejak dulu lagi diberi muka oleh orang Melayu yang baik hati. Perangai mereka tetap sama.

Imam asy Syafi’i rahimahullah, pernah berwasiat:
Maka Imam Syafi’i rahimahullah pun melanjutkan:

- MSOPH’s first real test...
Ingat nak sokong BN, bila tengok macai2 BN cam berok makye tak jadilah...
How not to win Cameron Highlands...
Over the past week, many government ministers have made special visits to Cameron Highlands. When probed on whether these moves were made for the coming by-election, the ministers said in concert that everything was a coincidence.
Of course, our principle instinct will be triggered due to the proximity of time and place. The large-scale and heightened focus by ministers on Cameron Highlands is too close to the by-election to not raise suspicions that there is a violation of the principle of misusing government machinery for political gain.
The basic principle is that government machinery is reserved only for the people, not for political parties. A large amount of Indian ministers making special ministerial visits to a seat with unusually high Indian voters also exacerbates this suspicion.
However, the argument of misusing government machinery meets two obstacles. Which is political, which is ministerial? One, the ministerial visits are at best a veiled political operation. In other words, it is difficult for us to delineate the single act of visitation as either falling under ministerial or political. The same case applies to most of what a minister does.
When Transport Minister Anthony Loke announced the popular RM100 unlimited public transport pass, other than fulfilling the ministerial function of alleviating the burden of everyday commuters, there is also undoubtedly a political benefit that increases his personal popularity at the polls.
Under such instances, you cannot ask him to reverse this ministerial act simply because it benefited him politically. All popular ministerial acts come with an in-built political advantage and any legislative prohibition against these acts may be palatable on paper but undesirable in practice.
Notwithstanding that, you may say that the ministerial visits to Cameron Highlands are different because of the proximity of time and place - to which I agree. But once again, it seems that the delineation remains difficult since we can hardly regulate where and when a minister visits.
It would be disingenuous to suspend all ministerial activities simply because there is a by-election. The only way to stop this is to rely on the integrity and ethical boundaries of individual ministers. I personally still hold a principled objection against such election-driven visits, but I am aware of the practical difficulties of separation.
The heartless battlefield
Two, we know the battlefield doesn’t call for higher principles. If you’re a reader of the most successful war manual in the world, The Art of War, then you know that winning is about swiftness and effectiveness and less about higher principles. This means that any politician will maximise their advantage to ensure they secure a victory, and this includes using government machinery.
What more if we understand that the coming by-election is a war the government must win. It is the first by-election in a seat that Pakatan Harapan didn’t previously win, and that the government would want to hide the grouses on the ground by securing a victory.
The Cameron Highlands by-election is an unofficial barometer of how the people feel after almost a year of Harapan’s administration. And all indicators are pointing towards a uniform dissatisfaction even from Harapan’s most reliable base, the Chinese voters.
If this is a war, then using all weapons and advantages available makes sense, especially when your weapon is only government machinery in the form of visits, activities or announcements; not chemical weapons.
However, my real concern is less about those and more about whether using government machinery is any real advantage at all. I’m seriously questioning the effectiveness of these visits and potential project announcements so close to a by-election.Doubtful effectivenessWe have learnt enough from Najib Abdul Razak’s 2018 GE campaign that project and benefit announcements while maximising government machinery use may not be what tilts the balance in your favour. Najib thought that it was, and he announced an unending list of benefits even until the final hour just before the campaign period closed. None of it worked.
This is not a coincidence. Campaigns are won by changing minds individually through tailor-made messages to persuade them to vote in a particularised manner. And different groups within a single locality require different messaging techniques.
To simply announce projects or benefits to all will not work; what more a simple ministerial visit to an area.
Although Malaysian voters may appear feudal and will populate the places where the ministers visit, the effectiveness in converting the fence-sitters into voters is highly questionable.
Politicians may still imagine that voters, especially those in rural areas, are wide-eyed commoners who look up to their wealthy and powerful masters but I would urge them to re-examine the logic that ministerial visits or projects actually convert voters into supporters.
Using government machinery is a risk because it will inevitably invite claims of abuse and misuse at every juncture. And if taking such a risk doesn’t at all yield the outcome you want (attracting votes to win), then this is not a risk worth taking. - James Chai
