I have always been against the Sharia court and Malaysia’s so-called Islamic laws, at least since the 1970s when I first ‘discovered’ Islam. I have many women friends who had been victims of Sharia courts. You will not believe how these women have suffered at the hands of Sharia court judges. Sisters in Islam (SIS) can tell you more, I am sure.
The problem is most Malaysian Muslims are brain-dead when it comes to Islam, but they have this impression they are very learned — even more learned than the Arabs themselves, I have heard many Malays say.
Yeah, right, Malaysian Muslims are as learned as I am a virgin (and trust me when I say I am not a virgin).
Religion in general, not just Islam, is a man’s religion where the women are treated as second-class citizens. The news report below is just one of thousands of cases of women who suffered discrimination from a man-only Sharia court.
Trust me, if you are a woman, you do not want to end up in a Malaysian Sharia court. You are better off facing a UK ‘Kafir’ court.  And please do not even get me started on JAKIM, JAIS, JAKUN, or one of those so-called Islamic bodies.
Do you know there used to be many cases of the ‘Kalwat Squad’ from the Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Terengganu peeping on lovers making-out on Batu Burok beach. They would sit there and watch the ‘live show’, and after the action was over, the couple would be arrested.
The man or boy will be threatened with arrest and would be given the option of running away (leaving his girlfriend behind, of course), and the girl would have to ‘settle the matter’ by opening her legs for the religious officers to take turns to rape.
I had one friend whose (Muslim) wife was arrested for working in a pub. They bundled her onto the police truck, and when she wanted to relief herself, they asked her to do so on the floor of the truck in front of all the men. She had no choice but to squat and kangkang in front of all the men.
Mat Sabu was once arrested for kalwat in a Kota Baru hotel room. One of the four witnesses from the Pejabat Agama was bribed to testify in court that he cannot remember anything, and the charges against Mat Sabu were dropped (since you need four and not only three witnesses). Mat Sabu later became Malaysia’s Defence Minister (‘elephant fook elephant grass die’ minister).
Anyway, good for you, Emilia Hanafi. Fight the mother-fookers. Now can I suggest you do what I did? When they send you your meals, throw it on the floor and don’t eat it. Don’t say you are on a hunger strike, as that is a criminal offence. Just say you fear the food may be poisoned or someone may have ludah into your food. That is your human right.
Since you are in jail for only 7 days you will not die. I did this for 8 days and my sugar level went down to 2.5, but I did not die (ask Dr Vasantha who took care of me). But drink at least one cup of water a day, though, if not you will die by the 8th day or your kidneys may fail.
This is the time for women to send a message to the male-centric Sharia court, which is FOOK YOU! It is time Malaysian Muslim women fight back.

Businessman’s ex-wife sent to Kajang prison (FMT) – Emilia Hanafi, the former wife of tycoon SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin, has been sent to the Kajang prison to serve her seven-day sentence for contempt of court.
This comes after her lawyer, Nazri Yahya, failed to meet the judge to appeal for a delay in serving the jail sentence.
Emilia, clad in a white jubah, had surrendered herself to the shariah court at 10am.
She was accompanied by Nazri, lawyer and activist Siti Kasim and several supporters.
Her brother, Ezhan Shahril, told reporters he had sent a letter of appeal to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on her behalf three months ago.
In an earlier ruling regarding visitation rights, Kuala Lumpur Shariah High Court judge Fouzi Mokhtar said Emilia was sentenced to jail because she had failed to produce her children before Faisal despite a court order.
Fouzi said the seven-day sentence against Emilia was warranted as she had wilfully gone against the consent judgment recorded.
In an interview with FMT published today, SM Faisal said he had been traumatised not having been able to spend time with his children for the past six years, including during Hari Raya and their birthdays.
In response, Siti Kasim claimed that it was SM Faisal who had failed to appear to meet his children as scheduled.
