Hold On We All Can Do This

 i try 
you try
we all try
to hold on ourselves from this fear
to hold on and keep this tears from burying us deep far
we are all afraid
we are all exhausted and panic
this anxiety
this heavy thoughts and feeling
it makes it possible for us to keep trying and be stronger
this is weakening and frightening us in every single way.
until we almost there
yet,
we almost giving up.


but my dear,
why it is so hard to believe that you still need to keep going?
you still need to get up and doing this so far, does it worth for you not to try?
does it worth for you to stop?
it is okay to be weak sometimes
it is okay to cry a lot at night
it is okay.
nothing is okay if you keep it inside and push it harder.
and escape from this reality.
that is why you have to rest for a while.
rest your feet and rest your race in your beautiful heart.
give it a chance to feel this rest.
give yourself a chance to hold on.
to keep going.
to keep fighting.
to keep breathing.
and to keep dreaming.
it is okay.
to stuck here in our own cage
maybe this is the only way for us to get know us in a better positions. 
i know because i did.
and i hope, you also can have it.
to know what you are
and to be brave on what you decide. 
hold on.
hold on for the amazing sunshine, soon.
