In asking the Sabah voters to vote for Warisan Plus on 26th September 2020 in that video above, DAP’s Liew Chin Tong raised two issues.
The first reason is to send a “strong message” to the “frogs” that the Sabah voters will not tolerate party hopping or money politics.
In the first place, the Warisan-led Sabah state government was formed in May 2018 because certain “frogs” had crossed the floor or had hopped parties. If not, Barisan Nasional, and not Warisan, would have formed the Sabah state government in May 2018.
DAP seems to be very comfortable with “frogs”, party hopping and money politics as long as it is in their favour and to their benefit. In fact, “frogs” are hailed as heroes and saviours if they leave Barisan Nasional or Perikatan Nasional to join Pakatan Harapan or Warisan Plus.
Yes, traitors become patriots when it is to your benefit, the DAP level of moral standards.
I suppose that is why the Chinese are able to accept the “one country two systems” doctrine as long as they can make money and become rich (China’s “never mind whether white cat or black cat as long as it catches a mouse” doctrine).

Anwar wanted John Soh (the founder and financier of Free Malaysia Today) to fork out RM750-1,000 million to buy over 30 BN MPs for the “16 September” coup Liew also seems to have forgotten the “16 September” coup in 2008. Anwar would have needed at least RM750 million to RM1 billion to buy over these targeted 30 BN MPs (at roughly RM25-30 million per head — like what they paid DAP’s Hee Yit Foong). However, his financier, John Soh Chee Wen, was not prepared to fork out the money.
John Soh’s argument was that: was there any guarantee that after he pays out the RM750 million to RM1 billion, Umno or Barisan Nasional will not up the stakes and counter-offer a higher figure for the 30 BN MPs to not cross over?

“Malay political power” now includes Umno, Bersatu and half of PKR as well Of course, Anwar could not guarantee this so John Soh was not prepared to risk RM750 million to RM1 billion and in the end gain nothing. After that Anwar and John Soh had a huge quarrel and John Soh left Anwar and washed his hands totally of PKR.
Even the late Karpal Singh was very upset with this “16 September” attempted coup and he whacked his fellow DAP leaders (he even mentioned Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng specifically) and Anwar.
So, what is Liew talking about in that video above? Is this not what they tried to do in 2008 but failed — and successfully did in Sabah in 2018? Munafiq nombor satu!
On the second point that Liew raised, first read this:

Yes, PAS and Umno COMBINED won 100% of the 99 parliament and state seats in Terengganu and Kelantan — and if PAS and Umno had agreed to a coalition, they, and not Pakatan Harapan, would have won Kedah.
Okay, that was when PAS, Umno and Bersatu were three separate and competing entities. And Liew is basing his so-called political analysis on when PAS, Umno and Bersatu were three separate and competing entities.
Today, PAS, Umno and Bersatu are a single entity. Hence Liew is either fooling himself or is trying to fool the Sabah voters. Liew ini ketinggalan zaman. Analysis sudah outdated.

Liew is talking about the era before Perikatan Nasional In 2018 the Malays were divided into Umno, PAS, Bersatu, PKR and Amanah. Today, Umno, PAS, Bersatu, and half of PKR, are united under Perikatan Nasional. Bukalah mata sikit! Melayu sudah buka mata. Liew masih tutup mata. DAP has forgotten about the power of Malay-ummah unity.
The new war-cry is “Melayu rules”. And any non-Malay party that forgets this is going to get stomped on and cast aside. Hence beware of Malay power. It can either make you or break you, as MCA knows.
