2020 First Beauty Investment
Bad breakouts leads me to drugstore and pharmacy so many times. So recently I went to Watson, Guardian and V Pharmacy near me to get my skincare and beauty necessities. Don't get me wrong, I don't like to spend much on these products and prefer to spend as minimum as possible. I'm on a tight budget so it's better not to overspend it. Instead of buying things online I prefer to walk into the store and get what's needed. I love online shopping but when it comes to the things where you can buy it directly at the store, why not.
This is not a review, yet. I am just sharing some of my favourite products. If you wish for a review, please let me know in the comment below. Don't forget to mention what product should I review on?
VCare Pharmacy1. Win-Aqueous Cream
Win-Aqueous Cream is a protectant and emollient cream with moisturising effects on dry skin conditions. I decided to get this one because the the aqueous cream which I got from my dermatologist is already long gone. Since my skin condition can be very dry at times, aqueous cream really helps to moisturised it back. I also used this one as moisturiser whenever needed as I don't really have specific moisturiser for my skin. As for the packaging, I took the small size which cost me RM9.90 and I'm glad I found the small packaging as it will be easier for me when I travel.
benefitscan be a substitute for soap when hand washing/bathing (prevent drying out)acts as moisturiser for dry skin conditions
Guardian2. Derma Health's Skin Lab Concentrated Vitamin E Cream
I've been eyeing the Derma Health's product for quite a while and have been intrigued by the high i.u of Vitamin E as it contains 10 000 i.u/30ml plus the price was also affordable. Since I am not very familiar with the product yet, I decided to pick the trial or smallest size packaging there is in the store. It only cost me RM6.86 and not to mention Guardian is on sale, so why not grab it. Right?
It claims to help:reduce scar visibilitydiminish stretch marks prevent dry cracked and damaged skinlighten acne and other blemishesreduce the sunburn effectreduce the occurrence of new wrinkles
3. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E (Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks)
The reason why I bought this was because of the packaging size. It is small and super cute. There goes my love for cute things again. I really love Palmer's Cocoa Butter Products and this one smells really good. It does mention the use on tummy stretch marks but it doesn't mean it cannot be used on other places. Since the packaging is small and cute, it's easy for me to bring it anywhere especially when I travel. Oh and the price is RM6.69.
benefitsimprove skin elasticityreduce appearance of stretch markskeep skin moisturised and supple for 48 hours allowing the skin to stretch more easily
Watson4. Pixy Make It Glow Dewy Cushion
I've been a fan of pixy product for quite a long time and love their powder a lot. I've been wanting to try this one for so long but I need to wait until my current bb cushion I'm using is finished first. I don't like stuffing up my products all at once and end up not using it at all. I'll feel very guilty for being so greedy and that is not healthy. The price is RM46.66 which is why I need to wait for the right time to buy this since it's quite pricey for me just for one product. I'm on a budget, remember.
Other than cushion with light texture and high coverage, camouflage blemishes and gives natural finish look that long last up to 10 hours it also creates luminous bright make up look without oily feeling. The product is completed withmoisturising botanical extract (olive oil, jojoba oil, yuzu extract) which gives moist feel and makes your skin looks healthy and glowy.smooth polished powder that blends well into the skin and creating a soft and smooth finished look. SPF 23 & PS++ for optimum protection to UVB & UVA rays.
5. ROHTO Eye Drops
On to my next favourite product, the ROHTO eye drops. My eyes has always been a bit sensitive that it became swollen. Sometimes redness appears to take over it and it is painful plus uncomfortable. So I always need an eye drop with me. Before this I always used Eye Glo but decided to try ROHTO and see how it goes. The reason I bought it is not only because of the cute packaging but mainly because of the benefits it gave me. The price is a bit different that RM15.20 when compared to Eye Glo but no I'm not writing this to compare those two products and I love it both. I choose this one because it is what I need and not what I want.
It claims to moisturises, refreshed and provides gentle soothing todry, strained and tired eyes due to prolonged exposure to TV/computer usage.dryness and eye discomfort due to wearing of contact lenses with protective moisturising veil.minor eye irritations due to smog, dust, wind, sun glare and chlorinated water by giving sothing relief.

This one is a little bit different. Well, the story is different. Let's just cut to the chase I bought it because it's RM1. It's cute and can come in handy in my handbag. That's all. XD
And so that is all. I'm emphasising on what I need than what I want. Don't forget to let me know if you want a review, an honest one on any of the product above. Drop it in the comment okay or you can simply send me any message on my contact section. Thank you so much guys for reading and stopping by.
