Why It S Good To Take Some Time Off
Occasionally I took some time off from social media.
Again, I took some more time off from updating my blog for quite a while. It's not that I'm out of ideas but something just seems to be off and I think that it's good for the brain. Yes, exactly and overworking can be very stressful.
Sorry guys, most of the time my brain and body doesn't want to work together at the moment. When I'm flooding with ideas, my fingers just won't move on the keyboard XD. Sounds weird but yeah it happens. I guess I'm too worn out from working on my research.
While taking some time off I manage to do a lot of things. PHYSICALLY.
I run.
I jog.
I jump.
I swim.
I knit. (I tried to learn how to knit and it's fun!)
I do a lot of things I enjoy.
Everyone deserves a break.
Sometimes a break from your routine is the very thing you need.
If you're too tired, take a break

I urge you guys to take a break too. Not only from the blog but other social medias too. Give yourself some space. To breathe. There's no harm in doing so. If social media is not the reason you're tired, then take a break from whatever you're doing. Nope, you're not lazy but you just need to stop for a while and recharge. Not too long, but for just a short while.
Lately, I've been updating more about lifestyle. Mentally. If your mind is in chaos, it's better to slow things down. This may not apply to everyone but we have our moments when we just want a peace of mind.
Again. Why it's good to take some time off?
Promote better quality of life.Better balance in life.Enhanced productivity.Improved focus.Better relationship.Proper rest.Live healthier lifestyle.Improved mental health. This is so random. But if you think it's relatable and it helps, I'm glad. This is a just a quick reminder for all of us including me.
