Surprising to many, every leader in UMNO claims that due to himself that UMNO-PAS pact exist.

A couple of days ago, we heard UMNO President Zahid Hamidi claiming that UMNO-PAS ties was actually made possible due to his efforts.

The person who actually stole the show was Acting President Mohamad Hasan, who announced their tie-up relationship with the recent by-elections held when both parties worked closely to  secure the victory for the BN candidates.

Suddenly yesterday, Najib Razak, the ex-president of UMNO and ex-prime minister claimed that due to his efforts, UMNO and PAS tie-up was made possible. If the public were to remember it must have been "I help you and you help me" manner that was always practiced by Najib Razak, that induced PAS leaders to work with UMNO. 'RM la'.

What is going to surprise Malaysians is yet to come.

UMNO and PAS have been hoodwinking the Malay population that they are the "champions of the Malays and they were the ones who were upholding Islam".

But actually what had happen is that they were enriching themselves by fraudulent means which is "haram" in Islam.

Once these matters are brought to light, it would be the demise of UMNO and PAS.

The Malays need to wake up and face reality. UMNO and PAS have been using their support and confidence to enrich themselves. They know that with a little "handouts" the Malays could be bought.

Honesty is a "haram" word for these leaders. They also continue to lie to distort the truth.

How long this game of lies will last, only the Malays can forecast. Once the Malays shun them completely, they all are finish forever.

Malays must remember that there is always a prize for buying these leaders loyalty. True Muslims like Tok Guru Nik Aziz is very rare to find.

These UMNO and PAS leaders forget that the real power  lies with the rakyat who voted or elected them as leaders or MPs or ADUNs. Once the people's power is lost, they become nobody, just like you and me, struggling to meet the ends to feed our family.

Its time for these leaders to admit their wrongdoings and pay the price for "conning" the Malays so far. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
