M'sia required to pay US$135.04m (RM558.46m) by Oct 9 
to vaccinate 20% of population (6.4m people) for 2-dose regimen through COVAX
comprising down payment of US$20.48m (RM84.7m) 
and financial guarantee US$115.46m (RM473.76m)
payment under COVAX’s Committed Purchase arrangement
