Recently, Althea has just launched their new series A’Bloom which consist of 3 different products
1. Sheet Masks2. Beauty Blender3. Blackhead BlasterI was very excited about the new series because everything is just adorable, especially the name of the mask sheet. It is specially named by Tammy

What I like about the sheet mask:1. Very thin, fits well to the face: It is made out of 100% natural eco-friendly fabric to effectively deliver the efficacy of the essence of the rich fruits

2. Lots of essences: the essences are formulated with reduced viscosity that are available in creams

3. Moisturising: contains strong antioxidant with harmony of fruits and natural ingredients of plants to care for each skin concern such as hydration, nutrition, whitening and blemishes. The PH balancing helps strengthens skin barrier as well as re-charge the skin with fresh energy

The only thing I can be picky of is that it takes some time to put the mask on because it’s really thin, and it can be messy. But being thin is also the good point.. haha

WATER-ME-LONG, Watermelon ​Moist ​Mask Ingredients and benefits:● The watermelon fruit has 92% of water which is excellent for moisturizing and soothing for the skin during the hot weather

● It contains natural aminoic acid called ​Citrulin​ and ​Betain​ that forms a natural moisturizing membrane on the skin, leaving it moisturized as well as a smoother skin that does not dry out

● The mask also contains ​lavender extract​ which helps soothe sensitive skin and provides liveliness

AC-ME-PEACH, Peach Ac Control Mask Ingredients and benefits:● Peaches are rich in moisture and vitamin A retinol components which helps control the oil and water balance of the skin

● It helps normalize the skin turnover cycle with retinol by preventing troubles and taking care of dead skin cells and provide smooth, hydrated skin

● The mask contains ​tea tree extract​ to help sterilization and takes care of trouble spots and pores


AVO-CUDDLE-ME, Avocado ​Nourishing Mask Ingredients and benefits:● Avocado is known as the butter of the forest with rich protein that prevents aging and provides strong antioxidant with vitamin E tocopherol

● The excellent absorption of skin-friendly unsaturated fatty acid provides shininess and elasticity to the skin

● It is mix with hibiscus flower extract that contains ​Antocyanin​, an antioxidant to prevent the skin from aging


SPARKLE-ME-BRIGHT, Lemon Lime ​Whitening Mask Ingredients and benefits:● Lemon and lime contains high vitamin C ingredient to help repair and protect the skin from UV damage

How to use:1. Gently clean your skin with toner after washing the face

Lovely & Cute Pastel Color and Cookie-shaped Giant and Baby Meringue Puffs. It is the first beauty tool from A’bloom by Althea. This lovely, cute pastel pink colour and cookie-shaped meringue puff will definitely help you to achieve the perfect skin makeup

The giant meringue puff will provide quick and smooth makeup application on the wide surface of the skin (cheek, forehead) while the baby meringue puff will provide fine and detailed makeup application on the small surface of the skin (wings of the nose, under eye) with its pointed tips

Do you know that you may actually obtain 2-way perfect skin expressions using these puffs
1. Moist and glossy skin makeup when the puff is soaked with water2. Matte and Flawless skin makeup when the puff is dry
The meringue puffs are made out of non-latex sponge with hydrophilic properties which will grow 1.5 times bigger than normal size when soaked with water allowing makeup to be applied perfectly on the skin

I hardly put on foundation nowadays, it is just velvet Sunaway sunscreen and Velvet powder from Althea daily unless I have a special occasion to attend. I tried using the puff to apply my sunscreen and even put on foundation just to test how well it works

Well, the first impression: It is really soft and gentle to the skin. Second, it seems to spread the product better on my skin compared to my bare hands. It is more even and it has a nice matte finishing. I think it is way more comfortable than using a brush. You should really get one because it is really too cute not to have

Next, let's take a look at BHA Blackhead Blaster. A’bloom BHA Blackhead Blaster is an easy and quick triple treatment for blackheads, whiteheads and dead skin for daily care. It contains natural ingredients to help gently deep cleanse the pores and removing dead skin cells while preventing any irritations or redness on the skin

It contains natural BHA ingredient helps to deep pore cleanse by exfoliating the dead skin cells. Apricot seed powder helps to remove excessive sebum and Charcoal will absorb the dirt in the pores
There's also tea tree leaf oil helps to soothe as well as prevent any redness and irritations on the skin

Dampened the skin, apply the stick directly on targeted areas and massage in circular motions for 30 seconds. After that, rinse off with water. I love the scent and it feels really refreshing after usage! I guess it's because of the tea tree oil.


After the first use, the effect wasn't really obvious. But I recommend using it daily to be able to see the effect kicked in. After using it for a few days, I can see lesser blackheads on my nose but I have quite a few stubborn ones still clinging on my pores. Well, I have not gone for a facial wash for more than 2 years so I would say, that's reasonable
