ANY landlord worth their salt would have undoubtedly come across some difficult tenants during their time.
Trust us when we say the tenants who don’t pay their rents on time are but the deep blue sea compared to some of the devils out there.
Recently, a video went viral on TikTok, showcasing a tenant from hell who made a complete mess out of the rental unit.
Words cannot describe the condition of the home. From hindsight, it resembled a landfill instead of a place for someone to live in.
Garbage formed a mound above the filled up dustbin. The bed was barely discernible under all the mess.
Cardboards were stacked up to the height of an average human in the living room and used to hang and dry the laundry.

Netizen MrsZ who watched the video wondered how the landlord managed to find out about it.
Towards this, the netizen who posted the video said it came to his attention after the water and electricity bills remained unpaid.
Prompted by the video, several netizens decided to share the pristine condition of their own rental unit:

A number of netizens further pointed out that the tenant likely suffered from hoarding disorder.
According to the Mayo Clinic, hoarding disorder is an ongoing difficulty throwing away or parting with possessions because the sufferer believes he or she needs to save them. 
“You may experience distress at the thought of getting rid of the items. You gradually keep or gather a huge number of items, regardless of their actual value,” said the website.
Hoarding can vary greatly in intensity, from barely noticeable clutter to overwhelming accumulation that disrupts everyday life. 
For some, it causes little interference, but for others, it severely impacts their ability to function normally.
