Suicidal Policies Dasar Dasar Bunuh Diri Usaha Menyusahkan Rakyat Berlipat Ganda
1. I forgot that we have a MOF 2. Someone called this morning and said that the MOF 2 is unhappy at work. Well bro, do us all a favour. Open a window on a high floor and do the necessary.
2. Here is a map of our beautiful region South East Asia. Emerald mountains, emerald hills, unbelievable jungles, green, green and just more green. Rivers, white sandy beaches, the bluest seas. And warm sunshine 365 days a year. It almost makes you want to burn your passport and never leave the region. (I lived through FIVE BUTT FREEZING COLD WINTERS so I know what I am talking about).

See that red dotted line. It points to somewhere beyond South East Asia to the vast southern Indian Ocean and beyond. Where MH370 got lost. It was not a brake failure. That is the location where the bunch of clowns who are running things now will be kicked to after the next elections. The Malaysian voters are going to kick them so hard in their backsides, they will fly past Sumatera and past the Indian Ocean and possibly go into low earth orbit. And then they will crash back into the atmosphere and burn up in the sky - like meteor showers. They will become tahi bintang. Now they are tahi ayam.
They are coming up with an endless series of mindless, foolish and "my-mother-dropped-me-on-my-head" type of policies which are making peoples' lives ever more difficult.
3. World oil prices are still down. (US$64 per barrel WTI today). American shale oil breaks even at US$65 per barrel - putting pressure on oil prices from going beyond US$70 per barrel. Saudi Arabia and OPEC have increased production - putting more downward pressure on oil prices.
The 2025 Malaysian Budget is based on an average Brent crude oil price of between USD 75 and USD 80 per barrel.
US$80 per barrel?? Oops ! That is going to be a big problem. Kaasu Yilek. No money.
Oil prices are down, the clowns should cut our pump prices. Just like they have not reduced interest rates. No one really knows why the OPR was raised in the first place. The GLC banks are not complaining because their total profits increase by the billions of Ringgit. GLC means gomen owned. Let the people pay. Make peoples' lives difficult. Menyusahkan orang.
4. Then the syarikat minyak says they will lay off 10% of their workforce - 5,000 people. No money, they say. The MGR clown said, 'they are mostly contract workers' as though contract workers are not human beings. They also have families to feed.
No money? But they are going ahead with a totally mind-bogging and totally useless carbon capture project (among the biggest such projects in the world).
"Once completed the RM4.5b Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project is expected to capture up to 3.3 million tonnes per year of CO2, making it the largest offshore CCS project by volume of captured CO2"
RM4.5 Billion? Making it the largest offshore CCS project by volume of captured CO2?
This is a useless project. Somebody will make money from the contract. We are a tiny country. Our GDP is stuck at less than US$400 billion.
Malaysia's global carbon footprint ranking is no. 23 in the world.

Thailand and Vietnam have 'worse' carbon footprints. But they are not doing any carbon capture projects. Kenapa kita pula nak sibuk-sibuk?
Over in the USA, President Trump has cancelled all the Zero Carbon bullshit. All their planned carbon capture projects have been cancelled.

Compared to these giant 'polluters' our Carbon Footprint in the world is inconsequential. Why do you want to behave as though we are some gigantic, economic superpower with a huge carbon footprint? Why an RM4.5 billion "largest offshore CCS project" ?
Gajah berak besar, kancil pun hendak berak besar, akhirnya mati kebebangan.
5. Here is a pleasant break. Here is that cutie Chinese girl (please display your name) who makes these informative videos. This time she is talking about the 'give me all your phone details' thing. More of their 'make life difficult / menyusahkan manusia' policy making.
6. Then we come to the biggest suicidal mission for this week. (I am sure there will be more suicides next week). This is the expansion of the Sales and Service Taxes or SST.
https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/nation/2025/06/09/whats-affected-by-the-expanded-sst
PETALING JAYA: finance ministry listed various goods and services in expanded sales and service tax (SST) from July 1.
basic necessities exempted from sales tax
5 -10% rate imposed on non-essential items.
scope of service tax expanded to several areas.
1. 0% - Essential goods like chicken, beef, mutton, fish, prawns, squid, vegetables, local fruits, rice, barley, oats, wheat, flour, canned sardines, sugar, salt, white bread, pasta, noodles, instant noodles, milk, cooking oil, medicine, medical devices, books, journals, newspapers and pet food.
Basic materials for construction like cement, stones and sand, as well as items for the agricultural sector like fertilisers, pesticides as well as agricultural and livestock machinery.
2. 5% - Certain goods such as king crabs, salmon, cod, truffles, imported fruits, essential oils, silk and industrial machinery.
3. 10% - Certain goods such as road bicycles and antique hand-painted artworks.
Service tax
1. Rental or leasing services - Tax rate of 8% on all service providers whose rental or lease income exceeds RM500,000.
Exemptions:
a) Leasing or rental of residential buildings, reading materials, financial leases and tangible assets outside Malaysia.
b) Lessees that are micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with annual sales under RM500,000.
c) Business-to-business (B2B) transactions and group relief to avoid double taxation.
d) Twelve-month exemption for non-reviewable contracts from the date of the 8% service tax’s implementation. You can read the rest of the list here: https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/nation/2025/06/09/whats-affected-by-the-expanded-sst
My Comments : This is going to kill the economy again. Shopping malls are already facing serious vacancy issues. Many shopping malls are kosong. Not enough shoppers, not enough business, not enough volume.

Shopping mall operators are now going to be hit with paying an extra 8% sales tax on rental income exceeding RM500,000 per annum.
Did you know that a simple factory (say 20,000 sq ft) in the Petaling Jaya area may pay rental of about RM50,000 per month? That is RM600,000 per year. They will now have to incur 8% SST or RM48,000. That is a lot of money. Cost of doing business will go up. The factory will have to increase their selling prices to cover the higher costs. Prices of goods will go up.
Believe me folks, these dunggus are going to get their backsides kicked over the Indian Ocean, past the South Pole.
7. Playing the racial card for University intakes again.
Malaysian top scorers’ hopes for pre-uni spots dashed, reigniting fairness debate
https://www.straitstimes.com/asia/se-asia/malaysian-top-scorers-hopes-for-pre-uni-spots-dashed-reigniting-fairness-debate
This policy change — quietly executed after students had already sat for their SPM exams and received their results — represents a deliberate betrayal of public trust and a politically calculated maneuver under the guise of “reform.” Let’s break this down with critical precision:

Blatant Policy Betrayal: A Calculated Backstab
Date of Promise: On 30 June 2024, . . .publicly declared that all students scoring 10As in SPM — including A+, A, and A− — would automatically qualify for the matriculation program.
Reality: On 30 April 2025, six days after students received their SPM results (24 April), . . . silently issued a circular that A− is no longer counted as an A grade — a move that disqualified hundreds of top scorers.
My Closing Comments:
If an A- is not considered an A, then why do you award the A- ?
What is wrong with you?
'Mommy I did not get any As in my SPM.'
'Ok dear. So what did you get?'
'I got 10 A - '. There is something seriously wrong with these people. They really do not know what they are doing. They are not technocrats. They do not understand business, finance, economics or anything.
They only know ketuanan, racism, cronyism, political patronage and taking care of themselves. Plus some other weird activities.
The daughter once said, 'You cannot make people rich by taxing them' (or something similar). Exactly the point. So why are they doing all this crap?
Because things are actually getting worse. The country is not being managed at all. They are short of money. The country and the economy is rich. We actually have more than enough money. But these fellows are constantly in need of money. Money gets lost here and there. Our money. Taxpayers money. Public funds.
So they are resorting to all sorts of foolish and ridiculous ideas to extract more money from the people. In the process they are killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.
They really have to go. Over the South Pole.
