Siti Kasim Snubs Teo Kok Seong For His Slave Mentality By Wanting To Uphold Ketuanan Melayu

WHILE schooling Emeritus Prof Datuk Teo Kok Seong for over-zealously linking Emergency-era Chinese New Villages to elements of communism, human rights activist and lawyer Siti Kasim has taken a pot shot at the controversial academician over incessantly promoting the notion of Malay supremacy.
Reminding the former Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia’s (UKM) Ethnic Studies Institute senior fellow “not to forget that there’re also powerful Malay communist agents”, she reckoned that the former is trying too hard to leverage race and religion to serve his own interests.
“Hi Prof, there is no need for you to jack (slang to mean bootlick) the Malays here … you’ve a slave mentality for there is no mastery here,” she teased in a recent YouTube video in response to Teo’s views on Chinese New Villages that are making rounds in Malay WhatsApp chat groups.



















“Our law under the Federal Constitution is such that everyone is equal, so stop giving such blatant idea to the (nationalist) Malays.”
Siti Kasim further described what Teo has openly expressed and endorsed as “very dangerous” for he is further poisoning the minds of ultra-Malays who are already racist in nature.
“Of course, we’ve Malays rulers but they’re all constitution monarchs … If you want to talk about the origin populace of this country, then it should be the Orang Asal in Sabah and Sarawak or the indigenous Orang Asli in Peninsular Malaysia but not the Malays,” asserted the Orang Asli advocate.

“So forget about what you want to promote … stop licking the political factions that you assume would give you influence when they come to power.”
Earlier, Siti Kasim lamented that nationalist Malays like to seek the opinion of Teo who is dubbed “Cina Celup” (slang to mean a Chinese who betrays his own heritage) to legitimise any form of condemnation against the Chinese.
Seeing no basis for the Madani government to pursue the UNESCO world heritage status for Chinese New Villages, the Kelantan-born Teo has among others, painted a picture of disloyalty and betrayal on such villages.
“But the icing of the cake is when he called out to the Malays to be wary of the move (seeking heritage status) which in his view is inappropriate, indecent and unjust for a non-indigenous race to demand equal rights or have forgotten that the country already has a ruler before it was colonialised by western imperialist powers,” contended Siti Kasim.
“He then pointed at Singapore by painting an impression that the Chinese want to take over (the country) … such insinuation is bad.
“To be honest, it’s better for us to become like Singapore which is a First World nation or aspire to be like Singaporeans … obviously Singapore isn’t perfect but it’s definitely far developed than what we’ve here.” – Focus Malaysia
