Fast Food Worker Brazenly Records Himself Spitting Into A Burger

NOWADAYS, we can easily find all sorts of content on the social media. To get viral, these so called content creators will resort to making weirder, crazier things to grab the attention of their audience on the increasingly loud cyber space.
Watching these contents, sometimes we can only scratch our heads and ask, “why.” But there should be a limit to how far things can go south for us to call it a stop.
And a recent video post on X by netizen @update11111 is one of it. In the video, a worker in a fast food chain restaurant could be seen spitting onto the burger patty before closing it up.
The second video even showed his face in full as he looked towards the camera, saliva slowly dripping from his mouth to contaminate the burger.

Since his identity has been so brazenly revealed, we can only wonder what he was trying to achieve with this act. Become famous or infamous?
Likely the fast food chain restaurant will be firing him soon. But is that the whole story? According to a sharp eyed netizen, the video was actually a product of AI, not real.

Watching through the video, we also note the burger in the video on the right seems to get distorted. Even the fingers of the handler seem blurred at times.
However, netizen @DuniaPelangi said their ascent placed this scene in the Philippines. A quick search on the world wide web did not reveal any information regarding these spitters.

If the video is real, however, the authorities will have little trouble tracking them down thanks to all the wonderful details they voluntarily provided.
Videos like these also remind us that ignorance is bliss when it comes to food being prepared by others. Here is a point to good old home cooked meal. — Focus Malaysia
