Nestled on the eastern coast of Peninsular Malaysia, Kelantan has perpetually inhabited the centre stage of Malaysia’s political narrative.
Its moniker, the “Paris of Malaya,” while once associated with illicit activities, mirrors the tumultuous journey towards transformation and reform.
