I say sdra Johari Ghani, why dont you ask them to wear tracksuits, track shoes and run a few rounds around the track. Then they will certainly have a track record. Apa susah sangat?
Isnt that the Dumbno punya style dari dulu? Companies with no track record in anything suddenly get gomen contracts for mega projects. Have you forgotten? Track record kepala hotak apa? Why suddenly you want track record?
