Being told "you need more meat on your bones", "please take my meat/fat" or being compared to a twig, lamp post or toothpicks, there are a variety of other problems only skinny girls understand.
Well, I have been trying to take a supplement like Herbalife and Shaklee. It works! My weight increase 2 kilograms. But frankly speaking, I am the laziest person ever. Poor discipline! So bye-bye to Herbalife and Shaklee.
My new mission in gain weight is by watching youtube videos. What? Really?
Yeah.. I called it as my appetite booster. Do you feel like eating more when you watch cooking show? It is the same concept with this video that used to watch.

I am introducing the idea of Mokbang to you guys! Mokbang can be define as “eating broadcast”. The person who make Mokbang are called BJs (short for Broadcast Jockeys) and most of them host their own “shows” on this platform called “AfreecaTV”. These BJs eat a massive amount of food. Usually they eat food of portions meant for 6 to 7 people or sometimes even portions for 10 people all by themselves. The first person I’m going to introduce to you guys is Banzz (밴쯔). He is my favourite Mokbang expert and he always starts his videos with his bright personality.
Ok guys, apart from these, the are a lot of tips on how to gain your weight on the internet. Some will suggest you to increase your intake of good calories and encourage the right kind of cellular growth through weight training. One thing is for sure, you must eat! What you eat is the key to putting on the pounds and keeping it there so those new sexy curves stick.
If any of tips that appear on the internet does not work on you, all you need to do is be yourself and feel confident about yourself!
