STOP the Racial Discrimination and Creating  Religious Conflicts in West Papua, the lands of Paradise

A member of  radical Islamic terrorist in Indonesia built a provocation to do jihad, with the aim of kill a group of Christians in Papua. They want to create religious conflict, and racism.

Therefore this person needs to be arrested immediately, Interpol immediately input this person into the international terrorist group list.

Intelligent Note: They are the Indonesian National Police and the Military were sent to West Papua on behalf of the FPI to blend with racism and religious conflicts so that Indonesia is not blamed internationally by sending so many Military and Police Forces to Papua.

Subject: Arrival of members of the Islamic Jihad Front to Jayapura City, Papua from Jakarta on 4th of October 2019

I. Facts.
On October 4th, 2019 at 17.08pm Papua time in Ex. Bhayangkara Jayapura City was obtained information from a closed network related to the mass arrival of the Islamic Jihad Front (FJI) to Jayapura City, Papua Province through sea transportation. In connection with this it can be reported as follows:

a. That on October 1st, 2019 at 09:30am CET, at the conventional dock replacement port of Port Numbay, the City of Jayapura had arrived and docked the ship KM. Ciremai.

And from the KM passengers or Ciremai who was monitored by a group of 22th Jamaah Tabligh departed from the port of Jakarta with the group leader H. Nasir, and in Jayapura was picked up by Ustad Irfan then headed to the H. Baddu Serambi Madinah Mosque in Entrop Jayapura District as a gathering place for members of the Tabligh Congregation in Jayapura.

b. The Tablighi congregation is indicated as a mass of FJI aiming to leave for Wamena in the context of Jihad Qital. It is known that the FJI had previously opened registration for Muslims who were willing to Jihad in Wamena in response to the current humanitarian tragedy in which they assumed that the victims were the majority of Muslims.

c. It is known that FJI has a mass base in the area of Central Java, namely in Boyolali, Karanganyar, Magelang and Solo. In his statement (network) said that, with the presence of FJI in Jayapura, it was hoped that it would arouse the solidarity of fellow Muslims to jointly wage jihad in Wamena in order to save their brothers.

II. Note:
- A deepening of the FJI will be held at the Jayapura City Entrop (Serambi Madinah Mosque) and its leaders.
- It is possible that with this mass of FJI, it will ignite horizontal conflicts between Papuans and non-Papuans, so it is necessary for Deni / Ceni from apkam and Apintel to prevent conflicts in the Land of Papua.

Perihal: Kedatangan anggota Front Jihad Islam ke Kota Jayapura, Papua pada Tanggal 4 October 2019

I. Fakta-fakta.
Pada 04 Oktober 2019 pkl. 17.08 WIT di Kel. Bhayangkara Kota Jayapura diperoleh informasi dari jaringan tertutup terkait kedatangan massa Front Jihad Islam (FJI) ke Kota Jayapura, Provinsi Papua melalui transportasi laut. Sehubungan hal tersebut dapat dilaporkan sbb :

a. Bahwa pada tanggal 01 Oktober 2019 pukul 09:30 WIT, bertempat di dermaga konvensional replacement pelabuhan laut Port Numbay Kota Jayapura telah tiba dan sandar kapal KM. Ciremai. Dan Dari penumpang KM. Ciremai yang turun termonitor rombongan Jamaah Tabligh sebanyak 22 orang yang berangkat dari pelabuhan Jakarta dengan ketua rombongan  H. Nasir, dan di Jayapura dijemput oleh  Ustad. Irfan selanjutnya menuju Masjid Serambi Madinah milik H. Baddu di Entrop Distrik Jayapura Selatan sebagai tempat berkumpul anggota Jamaah Tabligh di Jayapura.

b. Jamaah Tabligh tersebut terindikasi sebagai massa dari FJI yang bertujuan akan berangkat ke Wamena dalam rangka Jihad Qital. Diketahui bahwa FJI sebelumnya telah membuka pendaftaran bagi kaum muslimin yang bersedia Jihad ke Wamena sebagai respon atas tragedi kemanusiaan yang terjadi saat ini dimana mereka menganggap bahwa yang menjadi korban adalah mayoritas umat muslim.

c. Diketahui bahwa FJI mempunyai basis massa di daerah Jawa Tengah yaitu di Boyolali, Karanganyar, Magelang dan Solo. Dalam keterangannya (jaringan) mengatakan bahwa, dengan keberadaan FJI di Kota Jayapura maka diharapkan akan membangkitkan solidaritas sesama umat muslim untuk bersama-sama berjihad di Wamena dalam rangka menyelamatkan saudara-saudara mereka.

II. Catatan:
- Akan dilaksanakan pendalaman terhadap keberadaan FJI yang ditampung di Entrop Kota Jayapura (Masjid Serambi Madinah) berikut tokohnya.
- Dimungkinkan dengan adanya massa FJI ini akan menyulut konflik horizontal antara warga Orang Asli Papua dan non Papua, untuk itu perlu Deni/Ceni dari apkam dan apintel untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik di Tanah Papua.
