Simple Sandwich For Lunch Lazy Recipe
While I'm busy snacking, yup the dragon fruit is my current favourite for now, I guess why not share my other recipe for lunch. Last time I shared with you guys about the wrap I made for my lunch but today I'd love to share with you guys a very simple menu, another one I made for myself. Since this girl is very lazy to cook and actually don't fancy oily foods, I'd prefer something very very simple just for myself. You don't need much ingredients and this is very suitable for those who are actually on the go like myself. But since I'm a bit free, so it's very convenient for me.
The only thing you need is:
Two slice of bread
Tbh, I don't have a toaster but I used the frying pan instead. Add a little bit of butter on both side of the bread and toast it on the frying pan. That one may look a bit ugly but it taste good to me. That's what matters right. XD
Green Coral
Usually I would usually prefer cabbage but once in a while I like to change my greens to a green coral. I love it since it's easy for me prepare it. You don't really have to cut it into smaller pieces or anything.
Cheese Slice
For the cheese slices, I used 'Bon Appetit' Australian Processed Cheese Slices. Sorry I don't have photo of the packaging but since it taste a bit lighter than the normal cheese slice. What I mean is that, it makes a good combination with my green coral.
And all you have to do next to put them all together and it's ready to eat.
