Seru Cinta - OST for Mar Rak | I read in the X that there will be two horror, cross-culture movies that piqued my interest - Khong Kaek, an Islamic Thai horror movie and Mar Rak, a horror love story revolves around the Menora dance in Malaysia.


I was invited to the launch of the Original Sound Track (OST) of Mar Rak. Of course I attended because I really want to watch the movie. Before the movie, let's hear the OST and the trailer first.
Pentas Wayang Production Sdn Bhd presents the film Mar Rak directed by a renowned filmmaker, actor, and producer in the Malaysian arts industry, Dato' T.S. Jeffry, who is also the director of this film. Mar Rak is a horror and thriller genre film, with an original idea and story by Dato' T.S. Jeffry, and the script written by Adza Waty and Adza Emie. 
The Official Sound Track (OST) for the film Mar Rak will be officially released on all social media platforms of Pentas Wayang Production Sdn Bhd and Metrowealth.




The music video for the song Seru Cinta, produced by Aby Studio and Entertainment, features Kael, Shatirah Amanda, Nina KSC, and Dyvianna James, who are also the main actors in the film Mar Rak as singers in this OST. Interestingly, the lyrics of the song Seru Cinta were entirely created by the director and producer of the film Mar Rak Dato' T.S. Jeffry, who was specifically inspired for this film, which revolves around a love story that risks everything.
For your information, this film has received full cooperation from the Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (KKD) through the Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Malaysia (FINAS) under the Dana Kandungan Digital (DKD), which has been allocated to ensure the successful production of this film and its screening in cinemas.
The film Mar Rak produced by Pentas Wayang Production Sdn Bhd, has received cooperation and distribution from Metrowealth Pictures and will be released on November 2, 2023, in cinemas throughout Malaysia.
