Monday

Lunch–Fish Curry
Curries are great for lazy cooks. You cook once and don’t have to worry about dinner.
Ingredients: fish, tamarind, curry powder, santan, ginger, onions, curry leaves, mixed spice, okra, chillies
Dinner–Belacan Asparagus
Although you have curry for dinner, you still need some greens. In 5 minutes, you have one great vege dish!
