2021 has been a year of challenges for many with various stories of family, friendship, death and recovery because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has affected many, from the less privilege, working class to Entrepreneurs. As we come to the closing of 2021, December, The whole of Malaysia came together as One Malaysia, as we witness the closing of the year with catastrophic floods that not only took lives, we saw countless people with total loss of everything that they had.

COVID-19 SURVIVOR
Datuk Wira Dr Azizan Osman, renowned motivational speaker and Founder of RICHWORKS INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. (RichWorks) was among those who got infected with COVID-19 together with 31 of his family members. Like many that were affected by COVID-19, Dr Azizan also suffered a loss in the family with the passing away of his mother-in-law. In fact, Dr Azizan Osman himself was closed to death, when the doctors in ICU Unit, Sungai Buloh Hospital, where he underwent treatment for COVID-19, informed him that his chances of survival were slim.

After they released him from the hospital and on the road to recovery, Dr Azizan committed himself by running 7 FREE Program on Entrepreneurship, equivalent to 98 hours, attended by thousand of people, in which he provided guidance and strength.

RichWorks assisted 605,000 people in 2021, through 13 RichWorks fully sponsored Entrepreneurship Programs. One of RichWorks program, Wanita Bangkit Berniaga (WBB) received recognition, when mentioned in the House of Representatives in Parliament, as a collaborating partner with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development.

Meanwhile, RichWorks Chief Business Officer, Radz Mohd. quoted that Pertubuhan Kebajikan RichWell (RichWell) didn’t wish to be left behind in contribution back to the community. Their campaign #RichWellBantu a campaign that started in July 2021, raised up to RM 501,497 in collection, which has assisted over 2,000 families.

It didn’t stop there, December 18, 2021 last year, RichWell successfully collected a quick donation within 24 hours with an amount of RM 500,000 through RichWell networks of Entrepreneur and RichWell itself, for the flood victims in Selangor Darul Ehsan. 
TITANIUM PROGRAM
Radz continued, RichWorks together with its Titanium & Spire members contributed 762 goats, 84 camels worth of RM834,160 during the Hajj Festive Season. Titanium and RickWorks Proteges, also sponsored 9 students to continue their studies in Tarim Yemen, and contribution of RM 180,000 during Maulidur Rasul. 
Meanwhile, RichWorks, being the most successful Entrepreneur Development Coaching and Training Companies in Malaysia, will remain to continue in their mission in developing and managing Entrepreneurs to a higher level.
RICHWORKS PARTICIPANTS
Thankfully, through the pandemic last year, RichWorks mentored participants achieved:-

Titanium, Spire and EliteX totalled 1,855 people with accumulative sales of RM 3.7 billion.Titanium members, 312 Entrepreneurs, generated RM 3.2 billion. Spire member, 519 Entrepreneurs generated RM 495 million. EliteX members, 1,024 Entrepreneur, generated RM 46.9 million.
Through Spire Mentoring Program, that prepares Entrepreneurs to achieve sales, in 2021:-

72 Entrepreneurs achieved their first sales of RM1 million a year.77 businesses under RichWorks achieved sales more than RM 10million, 5 business with RM 50million and above and 5 businesses RM100 million and above.
With the success in 2021, RichWorks intends to work harder and strive more for the year 2022. And hope that the effort will help more Entrepreneur nationwide and wish that their mission will blessed by Allah SWT.
