Najib Had Declared The Rm2 6 Billion Beforehand Back In 2010
Hence Najib did not ‘smuggle’ the RM2.6 billion into Malaysia illegally or in secret. And back in 2010 the Cabinet was fully aware of this RM2.6 billion and no one can claim ignorance or allege that Najib received the RM2.6 billion and smuggled the money into Malaysia without their knowledge.
NO HOLDS BARRED

Najib Tun Razak was appointed Malaysia’s sixth Prime Minister on 3rd April 2009. On 8th September 2010, Najib informed the Cabinet regarding the RM2.6 billion donation from Saudi Arabia. And this was reported by The Malaysian Reserve in its news coverage on Najib’s 1MDB trial, which you can read below.
Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said anything that the Cabinet decides and does is ‘collective responsibility’. The Prime Minister does not take sole responsibility for Cabinet decisions, but the entire Cabinet takes collective responsibility. Hence, if the Prime Minister has committed a transgression, then everyone in the Cabinet have also committed a crime.
This is clear and had been established back in the 1980s. And the RM2.6 billion donation from Saudi Arabia had been declared back in 2010 and is no secret. More importantly, this discussion regarding the RM2.6 billion is mentioned in the Cabinet papers or in the minutes of the Cabinet meeting.
Further to that, the Cabinet had been informed that the matter had been discussed with the Bank Negara Governor, who had advised Najib on how the money should be brought in. And Najib followed this advice by the Bank Negara Governor.
If any of the Cabinet members from 2010 would like to deny this and would like to challenge my statement, then allow me to publish a certified true copy of the 2010 Cabinet papers.
Cabinet papers are protected by the Official Secrets Act (OSA). So they first must remove the OSA status over these Cabinet papers so that I can publish them — because whoever downloads, forwards, prints, publishes, or merely has these papers in their possession, will end up in jail.
After that I will publish these papers.
In 2010, the Cabinet was satisfied that the RM2.6 billion was legitimate. There were no questions, protests or disagreements regarding the donation from Saudi Arabia. So why is everyone saying nothing today?
It looks like Najib is being set up and PDRM, then AG Tommy Thomas, then MACC KP Latheefa Koya, then BNM Governor Zeti Aziz, and many others, are hiding very crucial information regarding the RM2.6 billion donation. Najib telah jadi mangsa permainan politik.

(The Malaysian Reserve, 11 February 2021) – In the 1MDB trial, a witness — former Cabinet deputy secretary general Tan Sri Mazidah Abdul Majid — testified that Najib told a Cabinet meeting on 8th September 2010 about the RM2.6 billion contribution from Prince Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
However, Najib asked for it to be kept secret, claiming it was requested by the donor.
Mazidah said Najib informed the Cabinet that he was having formal and informal engagements with certain Middle East countries’ parties and had garnered positive responses to matters involving Malaysia’s interests.
“Najib informed the Cabinet that Saudi Prince Sultan Abdulaziz Al-Saud had told him that he (the prince) had agreed to contribute to Yayasan 1MDB.
“The first donation had been received and the prince promised to channel the subsequent contributions later. The prince, however, asked for the contribution not to be publicised,” Mazidah told the Kuala Lumpur High Court yesterday.
The 11th prosecution witness said Najib told the Cabinet that the contribution would allow more corporate social responsibility (CSR) engagements for those in need.
“Cabinet members could then give their views on the CSR projects to execute in October 2010,” she said.
She said the Cabinet agreed not to announce the alleged donation, adding that Najib asked the Cabinet’s views on CSR projects that could be done in October 2010 and to be more creative in finding funds to help the people.
Yesterday, Mazidah verified various Cabinet meeting minutes from as early as April 2009 that involved matters such as the Terengganu Investment Authority, the predecessor of 1MDB before it was taken over by the federal government and turned it into a strategic sovereign investment arm.
