Madani Civilian Loses The Plot On Gaza
The people of Gaza have been prisoners of Hamas for far too long. Malaysia must show empathy for the Palestinian people and not play the politics of anti-Semitism.
As to Gaza, no country will seek council with Malaysia over the issue due to Madani's abandonment of the Palestinian people for the Hamas organization.Madani has made Malaysia just as guilty of mistreatment of the Palestinian people as Hamas has been.
Some good news. The Malaysian woman who was trapped inside Gaza and her Arab husband have been allowed to leave Gaza. Without mentioning her name (I still dont) I have highlighted the plight of Malaysians stuck inside Gaza - prevented from leaving by the Hamas fellows. I would like to believe that my blog posts here over the past week have helped my old friend Brader Zambry our Foreign Minister to expedite her safe passage out of Gaza. I believe there still may be other Malaysians stuck inside Gaza. We need to know exactly how many and they need to be brought out safely from Gaza. Well done Brader Zambry. We are grateful to you and your team on the ground in Egypt and Gaza.
Lets begin with some other trivia. I am following plenty of broadcasts about the goings on in Gaza in English, Arabic and Hebrew (I read the subtitles lah). In Hebrew as well as in Gazan arabic they say 'azza. Not Gaza.
I also keep hearing the arabic phrase 'al askariya wal madaniy'. Askariy means askar or soldiers. Madaniy refers civilians. So al askariya wal madaniya means military and civilian. Here is Google translate:
The word madanl (actually madaniyun in arabic) which is so irritatingly unfamiliar to our Malaysian ears simply means "civilian'. Here is Google translate:
So Malaysia madani is just "civilian Malaysia"? What is so great about that?
The correct arabic word for civilisation is 'hadhara', which prompted Abdullah Badawi's Islam Hadhari.
Why this fake fixation with arabic words? Abdullah Badawi got kicked out. The madani-fellow is now at the bottom of his unpopularity.UMNO got kicked out in 2018.PH got kicked out twice in 2020 and Nov 2022 (yes they lost the majority). All this crap simply does not work.May I suggest we try the late Tan Sri Samy Velu's favorite 'Malaysia taaaaaaaaanah ayer kita yang dicintai'. Its simple and nice. And it is really and truly Malaysian.
Ok here is my adaptation of Murray Hunter's latest take on madani's very, very wrong stance on Hamas.
By Murray Hunter
With Israeli Gaza operations continuing it looks like Hamas will be destroyed. This means a new administration, post Hamas must be installed. This will be the future of Gaza and any two-state solution. Madani is isolating Malaysia from the future of any Palestinian state with his unrelenting support for Hamas.
The Palestinian people have been ignored. Madani's support for Hamas has not even been able to leverage the release of Malaysians still trapped in Gaza (One released just a day ago).
Its time Madani focused on serious issues facing Malaysia and not use Gaza as a distraction. Kanthan and Kampong Sungei Baru are mini-Gazas. Solve Malaysia’s problems at home first.
We need a leader of Malaysia, not of Hamas.
As to Gaza, no country will seek council with Malaysia over the issue due to Madani's abandonment of the Palestinian people for the Hamas organization.
Madani has made Malaysia just as guilty of mistreatment of the Palestinian people as Hamas has been.
The people of Gaza have been prisoners of Hamas for far too long. Malaysia must show empathy for the Palestinian people and not play the politics of anti-Semitism.
Seymour Hersh has also penned his latest thoughts on the Hamas. Here is a brief on Seymour Hersh:
HAMAS'S ALAMO - With Al-Shifa Hospital in the IDF’s sights, a new opening emerges for an exchange of hostages and prisoners between Hamas and Israel—and a possible settlement of the war
Hamas, with its leadership in flight and its fighters surrounded and outgunned in sniper fire near the still standing hospitals in Gaza City, has begun talking about an exchange of Hamas prisoners in Israel for the hostages it captured in its surprise terrorist attack on October 7. The initial proposal went nowhere but Israeli officials were more than willing to talk. The last minute Hamas offer suggested that many of the hostages are still alive...
My Comments : The Hamas has made a colossal mistake. Hamas has just been sacrificed by both the Muslim Brotherhood and the Iranian Ayatollahs.
For those of you who are not sure about Hamas' links to the Muslim Brotherhood here is Article 2 of the Hamas Charter of 1988 - Article 2 of the Hamas Charter states: “The Islamic Resistance Movement is one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine".
Hamas 'is one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood'. But the Muslim Brotherhood is not even Palestinian.
Seymour Hersh' point about Hamas still wanting an exchange of prisoners (Hamas prisoners held in Israeli jails) may not pan out. Free the Hamas prisoners from Israeli jails and send them where? To Gaza? Gaza has been destroyed. There is no more functioning Hamas administration in Gaza. Hamas and Gaza are history.
So even if the Israelis free the 5000+ Hamas prisoners in their jails where will those Hamas prisoners be sent? No other Arab country wants them. Here is a point to note - even president Mahmoud Abbas in the West Bank does not want the Hamas prisoners sent to the West Bank. Mahmoud Abbas has not even offered to take any refugees from Gaza.
So will Malaysia take the Hamas prisoners if they are freed by Israel? 5000+ Hamas fellows can take over Ampang permanently. Maybe Nurul Izzah knows how to cook taboola, hummus and make falafel.
Brader Zambry Abdul Kadir please note carefully - if you take in any of the Hamas fellows into Malaysia the US, Europe and even Japan will apply sanctions on Malaysia. Malaysia will suffer. For what?
I think Seymour Hersh' earlier suggestion that the Hamas leadership living in five star luxury in Qatar, Iran and Turkey will sacrifice the Hamas fellows on the ground in Gaza in exchange for their own lives is going to come true. The Israelis have located the location of Yahya Sinwar's bunker in Gaza (most likely below the Shifa Hospital). But they are not saying anything more. There must be much intrigue and skullduggery going on.
Do you notice that it is always Hamas, Hamas, Hamas. What happened to the Palestinians?
The Muslim Brotherhood is not Palestinian.
