The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has opened an investigation paper following a report lodged by an individual that RM90 million was allegedly paid to PAS leaders, said Free Malaysia Today yesterday, quoting unnamed sources.
“We have classified the case under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001,” Free Malaysia Today’s unnamed sources told them.
The unnamed sources also told Free Malaysia Today that the MACC received the report from police yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, 5th February 2019.
All the MACC needs to do is to talk to Clare and Ambiga and they can complete the investigation in two days
It is believed by those familiar with such matters that the MACC will be able to compete their investigation by Friday, 8th February 2019. This is because Sarawak Report has written numerous articles and reports regarding the matter so all the MACC needs to do is to go to their website, which will take them only a few hours to do.
The MACC officers also do not need to type out extensive investigation reports. All they need to do is to copy-and-paste the many articles and reports from Sarawak Report and compile them into a thick dossier.
Those familiar with the investigation said the MACC officers can also obtain a copy of Clare Rewcastle Brown’s Statement of Defence and Statement of Counter-Claim submitted to the London court, which is widely believed, based on what Clare claims, contains all the evidence that the MACC needs to build a case against former Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang.
Sources close to the investigation who wish to remain anonymous said it is very highly likely the MACC will be taking former Bersih Chairman S. Ambiga’s statement, the person Clare identified as her primary source.
It is widely believed that Ambiga has in her possession all the documentary evidence regarding the allegation that Najib paid a number of PAS leaders a total of RM90 million and that it is very highly likely that the money had been stolen from 1MDB since there would be no other explanation for where the money came from.

It is rumoured that the MACC might most likely hold a press conference on Saturday, 9th February 2019, to inform the public of the result of their two-day investigation into the allegation that Najib paid PAS RM90 million and that the money was shared out by a number of party leaders.
It is also highly speculated that for her great service to the nation, Clare will be given honorary Malaysian citizenship plus a Tan Sriship, maybe on Monday, 11th February 2019. In time Clare would be popularly known as Tan Sri CRB and most probably will be made a member of the Special Economic Council that will be set up to advise the government on important and crucial matters such as how to combat fake news, which is believed to be Clare’s expertise.

It is suggested by those within the media industry that Sarawak Report be renamed Suara Pakatan and be given official party organ status. There is also a possibility that Xavier Andre Justo will be put in charge of the IT department, taking into consideration his immense experiences doing the same thing in PetroSaudi.
