LEGOLAND® School Challenge 2024 Expands Across Asia and Opens for Registration on April 15thStudents and Teachers in Malaysia and Across Asia Are Invited to Build Fantastical Worlds in LEGO® Bricks

Young builders of Asia, take notice! The LEGOLAND® School Challenge 2024 is opening its doors, so mark your calendars. Online registration for LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort opens on April 15. We are excited to have schools from all throughout Asia this year, including our friends in Southeast Asia as well as China, Taiwan, India, Korea, and Japan

Get ready to use LEGO® bricks to create imaginative worlds! The imaginative possibilities are unlimited with this year's "World of Fantasy" theme—imagine beautiful forests, soaring dragons, and magical castles. Incredible rewards with a maximum value of RM 100,000 are available!  The winners will receive an invitation to the LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort, where they can participate in engaging educational programs and a unique LEGO building workshop conducted by a Master Model Builder. The judges will evaluate your LEGO® build's inventiveness, technical proficiency, imaginative topic capture, and astute application of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) concepts

Building on Success: The Ever-Expanding LEGOLAND® School Challenge
Since 2022, the LEGOLAND® School Challenge has sparked creativity. Students and teachers collaborate to demonstrate their outstanding LEGO® building talents in this amazing competition.  Additionally, it's a great method to get the much-coveted extracurricular points approved by the Ministry of Education in Malaysia. Past themes like "Future Cities" and "Pride of Your State" inspired incredible works. A remarkable 370 school group submissions were received in 2023 from all throughout the ASEAN region, which is an astounding 80% increase from the year before

The LEGO brick is a creative worldwide language. CS Lim, Divisional Director, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, stated, "By growing the LEGOLAND School Challenge, we hope to create connections amongst young builders from all backgrounds, encouraging cooperation and a celebration of varied cultures."
