Law Of Replacement Coming True In Africa

There is something I personally call the Law of Replacement (in the Quran) which I have personally seen happening countless times around the world. First the reference:


Surah Al-Ma'idah - 54

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَن يَرْتَدَّ مِنكُمْ عَن دِينِهِۦ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِى ٱللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍۢ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُۥٓ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ يُجَـٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لَآئِمٍۢ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ


O you who believe, if any of you go back on your deen, Allah will soon replace you with people He loves and who love Him, people who are humble towards the believers, hard on the disbelievers, and who strive in Allah's way without fearing anyone’s reproach. Such is Allah’s favour. He grants it to whoever He will. Allah has endless bounty and knowledge.

Basically what it means is  : those who screw up, well they get replaced.
To put the shoe on the right foot, the screw ups get replaced not just because the Quran says so. The Quran says so because indeed the screw ups do get replaced. Thats how the world works and thats the natural system. 

In business, in relationships, among countries, among "religions" (for lack of a more appropriate word), those who were wealthy lose their wealth - this Law of Replacement keeps repeating itself.

The problem for the rest of the people (who maybe innocent bystanders) is that while the screwing up is going on and the new replacements are being put in, there can be war, chaos, loss of life, loss of property, loss of business opportunities, loss of wealth, loss of everything. The "transition" phase can be very destructive. But now there is great hope on the horizon : Russia and China. Russia used to be communist. So naturally most countries shied away from them. But communism collapsed in 1989. Russia also collapsed and it was not until about 2000 under the leadership of Vladimir Putin that Russia organised itself and has now emerged as the 10th largest economy in the world and is the world's No. 1 military superpower - ahead of the USA. And Russia is basically a free market economy.
So the countries which shied away from Russia are now gravitating towards Russia for assistance and guidance in many matters especially peace and security. This is what is happening in Africa. 
The recent coup in Niger is actually the Law of Replacement taking place again. The French colonial power (yes they are still a colonial power in Africa) are being replaced. The people of Niger are kicking out the French. And they have sought the assistance of Russia to help them sort things out.
For decades the French have been "stealing" the resources of Africa including uranium from Niger - a French colony. 70% of French electric power is generated by nuclear plants which run on uranium. Niger provides over 30% of France's uranium. Yet in Niger itself 90% of homes do not have electricity. Here is Italian PM Georgia Meloni saying it exactly as it is:
 
At last Niger has come to its senses and they are throwing out the French. However the French are not leaving quietly - they want to start a war against Niger. This is where the Russians are stepping in
The Chinese have also been in Africa for some time. The Chinese are very simple - 'Let us build your railway tracks and your roads and highways for you. We also do football stadiums, hospitals, we can do colleges and schools and of course gigantic bridges'. Hillary Clinton once said that the Chinese were being irresponsible with their policies in Africa.   She preferred bombing and burning Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Somalia and so many other countries.
The Chinese have about one million expatriates working throughout Africa - doing all sorts of businesses and industries. The Americans have tens of thousands of fully armed soldiers based in Africa, whose duty is to kill people. Thats what soldiers do.
So folks lets open our eyes. The world is seeing changes - I think for the better. The thieves and the murders are being beaten back. The West is being replaced.
