Depressed & down setahun pertama
I was down and depressed untuk setahun yang pertama tetapi setelah bangkit, i realized i rasa lega sebab i selalu share tentang Jammal Raess secara terbuka dan keterbukaan itu somehow mengubati perit i.
Tidak berahsia dan menyembunyikan untuk inspire ibu bapa lain
Sebab Cat tidak berahsia atau menyembunyikan serta mengambil langkah untuk berkongsi aswell as trying to inspire ibu bapa lain yang masih sangsi tentang keadaan anak mereka

Autism bukan lah satu penyakit. Its a spectrum. Im hoping to see more people know tentang Autism and harapnya parents tidak lagi rasa malu atau segan untuk berbincang tentang keadaan anak yang menghidapnya.

My son Jammal Raess has Autism and he is currently non verbal. Our special boy was at the party aswell He found his own quiet spot in the studio and felt comfortable there. He would come out as and when he pleases. We didnt worry coz we have packed all his food and drinks and we understand that a birthday party would be too overwelming for him to join. Im glad that he was able to rest at his own silent space yesterday ….. . "Someone with Autism taught me, love needs no words …. " . If you're a new follower, let me introduce you to my Autistic son, Jammal Raess, sitting on your far right, looking out . Today was part of his training, to get him to sit for meals at restaurants. He doesnt sit for long and enjoys walking/wondering about but my husband and i feel that we must get him acquainted to sitting at restaurants. Otherwise, he would usually eat, walk off, come back for a spoonful and wander off again .. . Our session today was very good and i am glad. All of us went for some Japanese cuisine but we packed some snacks for him from home to get him confortable and at ease. He is stil quite a picky eater. Bahagia . This one loves nature more then anything else in the world … Each year, we wil cater one specific vacation for him yang mana dia tak perlu fly on a plane (dia tak suka) and that means ada a pool attached to the private villa and a space with greeneries for his morning/evening walks . Bangun je pagi-pagi boleh terus jump into the pool. After makan boleh sambung swimming kalau nak. When i was away on a family vacation, i terima quite a few questions asking where Jammal Raess was . I tau soalan mana genuine dan soalan mana yang sejenis judgemental. Me being me, i was very professional in answering and i didnt let any negative vibes kill my spirit. Arwah ibu i ajar – we cant control what people think or say tapi we can control how we react pada sesuatu situasi ….. . Just to let some of you know, (this is part of Autism Awareness aswell) many autism children tidak suka dengan plane rides. Membosankan dan menyekat kebebasan mereka. Iye la, seatbelted and ada rules yang mesti diikuti. Jangan kan flights yang berbelas jam, yang 3-6jam pun some tak dapat survive ……. . Ada ramai juga yang tak suka road trips or car rides but Jammal loves road trips. Kalau naik kereta, 4,5 jam pun suka apa lagi i wil make a few pit stops kat petrol stations.Nak lari-lari kejap ke, nak pilih aiskrim atau sweets boleh sangat. Kalau dalam flight, pilot mana nak stop kat airport mana-mana kalau i cakap Jammal dah bosan and nak get some fresh air? HAAAAAA FAHAM IYE SETAKAT TU ? Alhamdulilah syukur.. faham jugak. . Setiap kes autism berbeza. Maka tidak boleh dibandingkan dengan cucu kepada sepupu mak saudara you yang boleh naik flight lama-lama sebab case dia dan Jammal berbeza. Jangan bandingkan dengan kawan kepada kawan ofis kepada kawan yang jual kerepek pada you yang fly pergi USA jugak . Jammal loves outdoors and loves his own activities and i juga sentiasa dapatkan pandangan specialist jadi kalau pakar cakap roadtrips are best for him, biar lah my husband and i as his parents yang decide apa yang terbaik sebab kami lebih kenal anak kami ye You yang melihat boleh menghakimi sejauh mana you nak, its ok by me. It doesnt bug me at all ……… . Jammal dalam jagaan orang yang kami percayai yang mana Jammal sayangi. We enjoy video calls and we sent pictures to him everyday . Mengetahui tentang perkataan Autism tidak cukup jika perihal atau karektor seorang anak Autism tidak dibaca so Iqra'. Read. Baca. Learn . #6: FAHAM KESUKARAN ANAK  MENYESUAIKAN DIRI DI LUAR RUTIN Jammal tidak dapat menyesuaikan diri apabila pembantu rumah pulang ke kampung tetapi Cat tidak memberikan reaksi marah tetapi memahami kesukaran yang dilalu anaknya.

Raess was so heart broken tonight. Our maid balik kampung today and he was just not himself eversince. No smiles… refused dinner and unwilling to change into his pyjamas …. . He usually sleeps at 9 sharp and akan tidur dalam his room. Discipline orangnya. Routine dia macam tu.. Somehow his biological clock wil stop at 9pm tapi malam ni, dia tak mau masuk bedroom. I spent a few minutes talking to him . Dia tak nak respond to anything i was saying.. Berjauh hati sungguh. I left him. Tau dia upset and not too long after, tengok dia dah tertidur on the sofa by 10.45pm ….. . My dear Jammal Raess, apa saja you feel, apa aje terdetik dalam hati tu… itu la your doa to Allah. You dont need to say it coz He knows you're not speaking macam orang lain … insha allah, ada izin Tuhan, Bibik balik lagi ok … Kalau tak, Mommy ada. Kakak, Adik & Abah ada. Mommy akan selalu ada ….
