Just Do Not Listen To Them

Well that is Prof Zaharom Nain. Not only is he qualified from real universities (bachelors and PhDs from Coventry and Leicester) but obviously he is educated.
You can have a string of degrees but that does not mean you are educated.
If your PhD is in religion (your religion) then I don't know how you can qualify as an educated person in the modern and scientific sense of education. 
Because as you should be well aware by now:
1. religion needs ZERO evidence2. religion absolutely CANNOT use logic or reason and 3. religion has to uphold supernatural beliefs.  
That is the essential nature of religion. So imagine you have a PhD in religious studies, you can introduce yourself as "I have a PhD in .."  and then repeat 1, 2 and 3 above.
What has happened is we have allowed such people to run the country, influence the education, society and politics of this country.
What Prof Zaharom is saying above is a reaction against this huge mistake that we have made. This is indeed a very big mistake. 
Basically the unlearned are running the place.
My suggestion is this : do not listen to them.  Tell your family and tell your children and friends "Do not listen to them".
This does not mean that you are a bad Muslim (addressing Muslims as an example). 
In today's reality you might become a bad Muslim if you indeed listen to these people.For example the violent types who kill, abduct, make disappear, rape etc in the name of religion.  
They do not represent Islam at all. Just read and understand the Quran. You will discover the real Islam.
If you wish to save yourself and your families then do not listen to them.Posted by Syed Akbar Ali
