Judge Nazlan Ghazali Was Part Of The Maybank Conspiracy
Now can you see why Nazlan could not afford to find Najib not guilty? He had to find Najib guilty to protect himself. Nazlan’s hands were dirty, and finding Najib not guiilty will reveal these dirty hands.

Many still do not understand in what way justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali was in conflict of interest, and hence should not have sat to hear the Najib Tun Razak-SRC International trial.
I have, in fact, explained this is a previous article (READ HERE: Nazlan Ghazali’s Conflict Of Interest).
In short, the judge was part of the decision-making process in the affairs of SRC and, therefore, should have recused himself (tarik diri) from sitting as the judge in Najib’s trial.
Let me give you some examples of Nazlan’s conflict of interest (there are many more, in fact).
By the way, my Deep Throat in Maybank informed me that they have deleted (destroyed) many emails to cover up their misdeeds (READ MORE HERE: Maybank Is Also Responsible For The SRC Disaster).
YES, YOU HEARD IT RIGHT. THE ANAK HARAM IN MAYBANK HAVE DELETED A LOT OF EMAILS TO COVER THEIR TRACKS.
That is why it took me some time to reveal this story. I had to recover many of the evidence that they destroyed. And do not ask me how I did it. Just know that I managed to recover some of those destroyed evidence.
Anyway, back to those emails.
On 5th February 2015, Megat Zaharuddin Megat Mohd Nor, Maybank’s Chairman, sent an email to Abd Farid Alias, the bank’s Group President & CEO, with a copy to Nazlan Ghazali, regarding 1MDB’s special meeting on the 1MDB-Powertek-Tanjong Energy matter.
In the email, Megat said this matter must be handled by only the three of them (Megat, Farid and Nazlan) and other ‘decision-makers’ should not be informed about this matter (meaning the prime minister and the 1MDB board).
In legal terms this is called a conspiracy (when two or more people work in concert and in secret).
Megat said Maybank’s interest must be protected by giving 1MDB a deadline until 18th May 2015 to fully settle the payment, and if 1MDB fails to do so then they will be in default. Megat asked Farid to discuss this with the legal team (meaning Nazlan) so that legal action against 1MDB can be launched as soon as they are in default.
This means they had already planned to fix up 1MDB three months before even anything had started.
Two days later, on 7th February 2015, Nazlan emailed someone named Michael and asked him to start looking into possible legal action against 1MDB once they default in May 2015. Nazlan advised Michael regarding the key points, litigation, and the Facility Agreement, plus which correspondences between Maybank and 1MDB that can be used. Nazlan also suggested that Maybank’s legal department get involved in preparing the case, Maybank versus 1MDB.
On 18th February 2015, Tunku Shamsul, sent an email titled “Urgent: Maybank-Directors Circular Resolution on Powertek Investment” to Farid Alias and Nazlan.
This email is about “Event of Default” if the second Powertek payment is in default. Tunku Shamsul also asked Nazlan to sign the Director’s Circular Resolution and circulate it before 11th February 2015.
Nazlan and two of the Maybank directors then signed the “Board Approval Via Director’s Circular Resolution – Powertek Investment Holdings” on 10th February 2015 with the subject “Request for Lenders to Consent & Waive Certain Conditions under the Terms of the RM5.5bil Term Loan facility to facilitate the Repayment of the 2.0bill tranche 2 of the TL Facility”.
So, no, Nazlan was NOT just an observer or innocent bystander. He was deeply involved in the conspiracy. And the fact that Maybank destroyed tons of evidence proves they knew a crime had been committed. Now over to you, MACC. Whack those anak haram good and proper.
Now can you see why Nazlan could not afford to find Najib not guilty? He had to find Najib guilty to protect himself. Nazlan’s hands were dirty, and finding Najib not guiilty will reveal these dirty hands.
