Magnum congratulated the winners of its 4D Jackpot game, pointing out that there had been four winners in the past two months alone.PETALING JAYA: A businessman in Johor has won RM4.5 million in the Magnum 4D Jackpot game after picking out two of the top three numbers in the draw on Sept 21.
The man, 51, said he just spent RM2 on a single Magnum 4D Jackpot ticket.
He added that the two four-digit numbers he chose – 8298 and 2871- were his personal lucky numbers. The two numbers came out as the second and third prize in last Wednesday’s Magnum 4D draw.
“The number 8298 is my lucky number as I bought a vehicle from my friend when he was going through financial difficulties. I then started my own small business and was told by my Chinese friends that 8298 was a prosperous number.

“As for 2871, it is related to my birthday,” he said, adding that he was an “ardent supporter” of Magnum 4D but had never expected to win the jackpot prize.
He added that he had been playing the 4D Classic game, as well as the Jackpot and MGold games, on Magnum over the past three decades.
He planned to spend his winnings by purchasing a property, holding a grand Deepavali celebration with his family while giving more to charity.
In a statement, Magnum congratulated the winners of its 4D Jackpot game, pointing out that there had been four winners in the past two months alone.
