Healthy Wrap Recipe My Style
Many have been wondering about how to maintained body weight and took care of their skin at the same time. The way I do it would always be to actually make sure and eat healthy. Well maybe not all the time but most of the time whenever I can have it. Here's on of my favourite recipe which I created my own long ago. I use no oil as I focused on to eat less fried food. I barely had fried food except for when I went to the fast foods franchise with my friends or when I'm dying of hunger. That would be my last resort.
Alright back to our main course. Now let me share my favourite wrap. It's quite simple for someone who doesn't really like stir fry food which most people do. Don't get me wrong, I ate it but I don't really cook much as I have my own ways of doing things including when it comes to cooking. This girl is very strict and particular about what she ate as it all goes into the body, that'll be part of you for a long long time. You know what I meant.
Ingredients that I usedMission Wraps Original
Ayam A1 Jumbo Frankfurter
Green Coral
Cabbage
Carrot
White Radish
Olive Oil
Lady's Choice Coleslaw Dressing
Natural Pure Olive Oil
First things first, safety safety safety and cleanliness. We gotta eat healthy and clean. Make sure to wash all the salad and vegetables. Ensure that all tools are in place and clean. Then you can start
Cut all the cabbage, carrots and white radish into small pieces or into the sizes you want it to be. Mixed all the three together with the salad dressing, 1 or 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and coconut oil.
Don't forget to boil the sausage and make sure not to over boiled it. To make sure that it is boiled evenly and faster, I cut the sausages in to a few pieces depending on the the way I want it to be.
Heat up the wraps. Most of the times I used olive oil to heat it up in the pan making it crunchy and even tastier.
Place your wraps on a board or plate. Spread the ingredients staring with the green coral, the mixed salad (or you can call it coleslaw), and lastly to put on the sausage. Roll everything up and you can enjoy it once it's done.
Voila And it is done. It doesn't look that good but trust me it taste nice and delicious. When you're use to eat greens, there can never be a day when you feel good without vegetables. You'll gonna need it ever single day and trust me, you won't regret it.
This looks a bit messy because I am in a hurry but this is roughly how it looks like. That's actually quite a lot in one wrap XD. You can make up to 2-4 small servings for this because it helps to promote satiety even with just one wrap. IT can either be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You choose it.
You can actually change the ingredients as you like and be creative with it just like I did as the ingredients that I choose is the one I'm used too. There's a lot more recipes which I do but I have less time to make any post on it. I just happen to be free and decided to share this with you guys. It's actually my first time sharing my cooking recipe. This is mainly what i love and what i eat daily when i'm at home. If I am home and not busy.
