Gangster Kajang Ustaz Trolled For Leaving Underaged Driver With Fractured Nose But Some Sided Him

OBVIOUSLY two wrongs don’t make a right as evident in the recent minor traffic misunderstanding at the intersection of a road in Saujana Impian in Kajang after the recent Friday prayer (March 14) which ended up with an ustaz “landing several punches” which broke the nose of a 17-year-old motorist.
The so-called PAS-affiliated surau chairman from Kelantan is said to have a track record of displaying violent behaviour as he had been previously caught on CCTV “for slapping children” of fellow residents.
“Things can be settled amicably but he still wanted to show off his thuggish behaviour even after Friday prayer during the month of Ramadan!” tweeted X user AE (@arfdy12) whose post has garnered 2M views at the time of writing.

“Punched until the 17-year-old driver bled because he claimed the former had entered the wrong intersection.”

For the record, the 39-year-old tourism agency advisor has been arrested for assaulting the teenager who was captured on video clips that have gone viral donning a private/international school uniform and seated behind the steering wheel of a BMW.
Kajang OCPD ACP Naazron Abdul Yusof said the cops received a report on the incident at 9.24pm from the boy who claimed that he was attacked by an unknown man at 2.15pm due to a misunderstanding when both of them were driving in the Saujana Impian neighbourhood.

“Due to the attack, the boy suffered a broken nose and sought treatment at Kajang Hospital. Investigations revealed that the boy didn’t have a driving license and has been issued a traffic summons,” he pointed out in a statement on Friday (March 14) night.
Subsequently, the said ustaz was arrested around the Kajang vicinity at 9.50pm to facilitate investigations under both Section 324 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means and Section 279 of the same law for negligent conduct of causing danger to life or personal safety of others.

As brickbats of sorts were understandably hurled at the ustaz for his violent conduct, there were some who stood up for him in light of reckless driving by youngsters which has resulted in fatal road accidents.
Relating to the fatal accident in Senawang, Negri Sembilan which left three youths aged between 15 and 17 dead after a speeding Honda Jazz driven by an 18-year-old beat the traffic light before ramming into two motorcycles, a netizen faulted the parents for their lack of supervision.
“Don’t be quick to blame others for the kid doesn’t have a valid driving license, the car’s road tax has expired and an accident almost occurred,” cautioned a commenter in a Malaysiakini (Bahasa Malaysia version) post on the arrest of the ustaz by the police.

“We shouldn’t wait for the kid to fatally injure someone else’s child like the Honda Jazz driver, If you don’t want your children to get scolded beaten up, just fetch them to the place he wants to go. Don’t let them drive themselves.”
Condoning the action of the ustaz for punching the teenage driver, one commenter wanted the boy’s parents to be fined as well for their lack of supervision.

At the end of the day, whether the ustaz should be made to enroll in an anger management class or otherwise for this is probably the second time that “he has landed his hands on the faces of other people’s children”, the crux of the matter is that he ought to put his emotions in check at all times.
“If an ensuing discussion cannot resolve the issue, report it to the authorities rather than resorting to using force (on others),” reminded a commenter.
“It can be imprisonment up to seven years if convicted under Section 325 of the Penal Code (for voluntarily causing grievous hurt) … families broken up, careers destroyed, future ruined.”
