Today I watched an episode of Evil Lives Here on the television. It breaks my heart when watching it as I couldn't understand why, a teenager, has no remorse in killing his own family members. He holds a grudge to his parents that have been providing him with food, love, and shelter all this while. Can't he just feel grateful by having a family?

This reminds of the story in al-Kahfi where Nabi Khidir killed a young boy and Moses cries out in astonishment and dismay. But He is the All-Knowing. He knows that the parents were good people, believers, and He knows that the child shall disobey the parents and show ingratitude to come upon them in the future. The child was killed by Nabi Khidir and God will replace the child with one better in purity, affection and obedience

Yes, I do believe that some people were born to become a test to someone else, even with the parents of families. Some were born and fated to become an evil person with his own choice. Therefore, the lesson that we can learn here is to always to show good faith (think positively) and husnuzon to whatever happens in our life.His plan on our life
