3 Easy Steps To Write A Lesson Plan Objective
A learning objective describes what the learner will be able to do at the end of a lesson. A clear objective states the behavior or outcome that is expected from a lesson.
You can state many lesson objectives in your lesson plan, but if you are new to writing lesson plan objective it is advised to write one only.

Step 1 : Begin your lesson plan objective using this simple phrase:"By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to..."
The participant is 'pupils' because my students are the primary schools pupils.
Feel free to change the participant of your choice.
Step 2 : Join up with an action verb which describes the performance by the participants. Use verbs which describe an action that can be measured and observed during the lesson.
Below are some example verbs that you can use:

So now, your lesson objective should look like this, "By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to list"
The verb in my lesson objective is 'list' which falls under the knowledge category.
Step 3: Conclude what the learner will be doing when the objective is mastered
You should state what your students will get from the activity that you have carried out.
For example, you want your students to be able to list ten action verbs that you are going to teach in the lesson
Your lesson objective may look like this:
"By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to list at least 7 out of 10 action verbs correctly."
Remember that the quantification "at least 7 out of 10" is very important because it will determine the degree of lesson objective mastery. In other words, it tells how much your students have mastered the lesson.
