Our economy is in the doldrums, what is he doing about it?
He seems to be focusing only on debates, podcasts, "exposés", and press statements to challenge this person or that person.
He seems to be obsessed with polishing his ego in a public setting. Is winning petty arguments so important to him?
Enough with the non-stop grandstanding. Get down to working hard on improving the economy. Enough of these circus sideshow petty politics.
Where are the economic policies, timelines, strategies and results?
Malaysia’s economy grew slower than expected in the fourth quarter of 2023 as exports remained subdued. Our GDP growth is one of the weakest.
The rising cost of living is systemic. Our currency is in the gutter.
Look at how our Singaporean counterparts carry themselves and focus on their duties. Learn from them.
He is proving himself to be all talk.
I was one of Rafizi’s supporters and I still hold out hope that he will deliver on the potential he seemed to show in the past.
It is not too late.
Focusapp: Rafizi has proven to be hopeless at his job. He has yet to come up with a solid economic plan.
Why is he constantly seeking debates? To seek attention? What has he done so far to improve the economy? The ringgit is still weak and falling.
Since this government took over, it has dropped against most currencies. The Singapore dollar getting stronger is a testament to our weakening fundamentals.
The economy grew 3.7 percent last year, above the most conservative forecast of four percent. It fell two percent from June to August to the final quarter.
Consumption contracted three percent in last year’s final quarter.
Most people on the ground are still struggling with the cost of living.

This is an example of a person who talks the loudest, when given the job, can't do it.
Ferdtan: When a minister is constantly being targeted by the opposition or from allies within the government the way Rafizi has been, it only means that they fear him.
I am sure within PKR, there is a rival faction that feels the same way.
DAP national chairperson Lim Guan Eng was similarly constantly targeted when he was the Penang chief minister and later as finance minister. Why was that?
Did they view him as a threat because of his abilities as a leader?
This is my observation. The criticisms against Rafizi started at the very beginning of his ministership, even before he had warmed his seat.
This is political. With Rafizi’s health issues, his opponents can rest assured of the threat.
Turnedback: Former premier Najib Abdul Razak is a well-known crook. So what does Rafizi expect from his gang of supporters? It’s a waste of time to challenge them.
They are all blind and deaf to support a crook that has stolen billions and billions of our hard-earned tax money.
Our children must shoulder the debts. Let them face their god for what evil they did.

Najib is already behind bars. It's not worth your time to debate. Focus on other priorities.

We must work hard to move Malaysia forward and make the lives of ordinary Malaysians better, not to make the minister more popular.
Ordinary Malaysians are suffering. Help them.
