Will The British Empire Allow An Indian To Be Prime Minister

Hi folks. Been indisposed for a couple of days. When the American people elected Barack Obama as their president and then re-elected him for a second term it was a vindication of their growing up as a nation. It had taken them 400 years (since the first black people were brought to the US as slaves) to get over their prejudices and elect a black American as their president. 
Obama's election did cause the knee jerk rise of even more white supremacists who have popped up in the US. Those who cannot accept that a non white should be anything. But it looks like the hilly billies are themselves receding into the reservations. 
Can the same happen in the UK? By the way, surely Buckingham Palace will have a nudge over who shall be PM this time. Todate Benjamin Disraeli (1800s) was the only Jewish Prime Minister of Britain but he was an Anglican (Church of England).  
There seem to be two front runners in the race to be leader of the Tories and PM of Britain Rishi Sunak and Penny Mordaunt.

 

 
George Galloway feels strongly that Penny Mordaunt will be the next Prime Minister. He does not like her but that is his call anyway.
 


 
Mordaunt has secured 83 votes in the second round. It will be up to the 180,000 or so Tory voters to make the final choice by September 5th, 2022.
What will Buckingham Palace say?
