THE life of an illustrious politician is never an easy one. Fending off slander with one hand while with the other, he needs to serve the rakyat.
In short, it is a thankless career filled with obstacles and drama. But it is always so? Definitely not for Syed Saddiq, the MP for Muar!
This is because he has a secret ingredient in his life in the form of a beautiful single mother, Bella Astillah. 
Away from the firestorm of politics, he is caught recently dancing with Bella in traditional costumes.
A good number of netizens pointed out that this will not bode well for his political career, being seen as unprofessional.
Do Saddiq and Bella care? Definitely not! But let’s check out the comment section nonetheless.
“It is correct that a woman can ruin a man,” said netizen @TrunkkdhTrunk while @slydeville5 wondered if Saddiq was trying to mock the dance. 
Towards this comment, @clifford5sos___ said that Saddiq was never good at dancing anyway, comparing him to a wood.
“What’s with this chick? She’s like a 10 in the Malay community or what? Looks like an old Selena Gomez from Walmart,” said a hard-hitting @JulianHaaland.

Another netizen pointed out that this could be cultural appropriation for a political stunt.
But apparently the two love birds had many supporters too. @OrgMudaKonon said virgins are good, but single mothers were more tempting.

“Leave him alone, as long as he doesn’t bite,” said a pacifist @azmikamal1122.
Also, @lonsofan1987 further pointed out that this was actually a strategy to claim votes in the long term. “This is the new approach. Now the times are different and the ways too. Are we still going to go about shouting?” he said.
@IncheFaris added that it was an effective political strategy to grab the attention of those younger voters who loved such contents. “And these people are not few,” he warned.
