The Grand Opening of the Health & Wellness Chamber of Commerce Malaysia |  Last weekend, I attended a very special event in the middle of Cheras. The Health & Wellness Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (HWCCM) is excited to announce its grand opening, a significant moment for Malaysia's health and wellness industry. The event, held on January 27, 2024 and hosted at Komune Living & Wellness Cheras, marks the start of a new era focused on uniting the sector and improving industry standards. The ceremony was a collective commitment to shaping the future of the Health and Wellness industry in Malaysia and I was present to witness the grand opening.

Established in 2022, HWCCM is more than just an organization.  HWCCM is a dynamic force dedicated to strengthening the foundations of the Health and Wellness sector in Malaysia. The grand opening ceremony brings to life a vision centred on sustainability and growth, laying the groundwork for a new era of industry collaboration.
During the opening ceremony, distinguished guests such as Datuk Sri Dr. Khani Daud, Vice President, and Max Phoo, Deputy Secretary General, both from HWCCM, were in attendance. Datuk Sri Dr. Khani Daud introduced HWCCM as a dynamic force fortifying the Health and Wellness sector, established in 2022. The Chamber's mission is to shape the future, fostering unity, innovation, and holistic development. Core values include "UNITY," and the vision centers on sustainable growth where health takes center stage alongside business development.


Max Phoo, representing HWCCM, introduced HWCCM's membership opening in January 2024, offering tailored benefits to BRAND and PERSONAL members. Additionally, he highlighted the Health & Wellness Golf Tournament Malaysia in 2024, comprising three events promoting well-being beyond traditional golf tournaments.
